Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac just half a mile from the master-planned Swamp Rabbit Trail. This cute little cottage is the perfect place to hang your hat while visiting Upstate South Carolina. 2 miles to Furman University; 25 miles to BMW; less than 10 miles to downtown Greenville. Enjoy a private backyard under huge tree canopy. Kitchen basics provided and full size washer + dryer are available. 3 TVs in the house, each with smart streaming services. Property was everything advertised and more. So well stocked with everything. Perfectly located as well. Every time we come to visit our family we will want to book this property.

Cozy and quiet

We enjoyed our stay and definitely will book again. This was a perfectly located home. The only thing that I would give a low rating is the bed in the back room needs to be upgraded, it was a old spring mattress so our backs were not happy. Other than that my dogs loved the yard and of course there daily walks to the park. Thank you for having such a adorable well decorated piece of paradise.

Cozy Cottage Close to Travelers Rest

Cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood - open floor plan, nicely furnished, kitchen was well equipped although we didn't cook except for breakfast, very close to Travelers Rest. Large bathroom, comfortable queen sized beds, great to have full sized washer & dryer. Poodles loved the fenced in back yard although with all the leaves it made it hard to pick up their poop (I had to follow them to make sure I got it all). Only negatives are that the lock box is on the back of the front door pillar (we almost missed it) and the numbers are hard to read in the dark, back door porch lights did not work (no light bulbs) and when we first pulled up it looked deserted as there were so many leaves in the yard. Once inside the cottage was great.

Awesome Property!

We had a great stay in Travelers Rest. The neighborhood and house were in an excellent location. It felt like being at home. Great to be able to walk to the park and walk the dogs. The owner was so accommodating for us and the house had everything we needed for a long weekend!

Sweet Cottage

The location of the cottage is perfect - easy to get over towards Brevard/Hendersonville - and quick to get into Greenville. Neighborhood is quiet. Overall a good experience!

Excellent location. Fully equipped kitchen etc.for our purposes. Charmingly decorated.

Excellent. Not quite as isolated as we had pictured it, but that was certainly not a problem.

Nice place. Could be nicer

Overall, the location was good. Very safe feeling. My dog loved the fenced backyard. That made it easy for me. Very clean. Beds were great Some things to consider for the owner: - The bottom front door lock sticks. Hard to open and you have to massage it to get it to open. - There is no bakeware in the kitchen. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans. I could have used a piece of pyrex or corning ware. - This isn't a deal breaker, but we never could get the living room television to connect to the internet. Bedroom TVs were just fine. Great for mother/daughter type weekend stay. Not great for families with young kids.

Cute house with everything we needed

Cute house with everything we needed. Only concern was getting the key from lockbox was difficult causing me to break a nail, probably user error. Beds were comfy, house was clean. No complaints.

The Perfect Little Getaway

Cottage was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, short distance to Swamp Rabbit bike trail and walking distance to the local farmers market. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous, restful stay in at The Bird's Nest

I cannot say enough good things about this cottage. It is adorably decorated, clean, and has everything you would need for a wonderful stay in TR. The park across the street from this neighborhood is the perfect place to go for a walk (there's a great little nature walk our pups loved). The cottage's back yard was so sweet and peaceful. We LOVED this place and can't wait to return!

Weekend getaway!

This home is located in a safe, secure, and quiet quiet cul-de-sac. There was more than enough amenities on the property with more dishes, cooking utensils, and stuff than we could ever imagine using for a weekend getaway. We would definitely stay again.

From the pictures this looks like a vintage cottage that's been restored, but it's new construction and smartly laid out for two couples. The bedrooms are separated by a spacious Jack and Jill bathroom, and the kitchen family room are airy and open.

Great Neighborhood

I loved staying here and seeing the cute neighborhood! Walking my dog to the park and Church grounds brought back pleasant memories of when I lived here for a travel nurse job. The house had everything we needed and very easy to check in. It is very close to downtown Travelers Rest which we enjoyed walking and browsing the stores and eating brunch. I love this area and Greenville to and hope I can make frequent getaway visits!

Charming little house. Perfect location.

This house is so cute. In a nice safe neighborhood close to downtown Travelers Rest. 30 minutes to Greenville and 45 minutes to Asheville. Everything from the booking process to communication with the host went smoothly. The house had practically everything you need for a short stay and you are less than a mile from Publix if you need extra supplies or groceries for a longer stay. Very clean. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Nice hot shower. Host even left maps and suggested things to do in the area. Would not hesitate to stay again.
