Great Location to downtown and casino within walking distance. Beach was very accessible and just steps from our unit. The unit was clean and well supplied with everything we needed.

What a great place for a fun staycation! Wish we’d had longer to stay. Very clean and inviting, close to everything and we loved watching the sunset from the privacy of the patio!! We hope to be back soon to spend more time. Thank you!

Oregon Coast Visit

Great stay at Golden Gulls. The property was clean with an excellent location. Greats views of the beach and sunsets.

The unit was on the 3rd floor with amazing views of the ocean from the balcony! The beach access was just right across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with all you could need to make your meals. The bed is very comfortable, and there are lots of extra pillows and blankets! The extra hooks by the front door was great for hanging our jackets, and a great bonus was the extra USB ports in the bedside table lamps...so helpful!The downside to the unit would have to be no elevator access if you have handicap or elderly people staying there, but I'm sure the first floor of the building has better accommodations if needed...just not the great view.All in all, we had a great time, and highly recommend this unit, and would definitely love to come back.

Wonderful condo with lots of room and great view

This was a perfect place to stay in Lincoln City, with a lot of space, a comfortable bed and sofa sleeper, full kitchen with everything needed to cook your own meals, a great location, and comfortable furniture. The pool was heated and fun, and the hot tub was great, too! The owner was extremely responsive to a request I had, and the check-in and check-out process were absolutely simple and seamless. We will stay here again! Recommended!

Very good

Loved the suite and view, really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Down one star as we could hear our neighbors quite clearly through the uninsulated wall.

The space was exactly as advertised and shown in the photos. A great view if the ocean from the 3rd floor. Quiet area. Close to shopping, restaurants, casino and excellent beach access. Will definitely choose this place again.
