Seamist has breathtaking views of sand, surf & tide pools

Our dining area has three walls with floor to ceiling windows that overlooking the beach & surf. Seamist is a 2 bedroom home. An added bonus is the 3rd sleeping room with 40” smart TV & queen sleeper sofa. Beach access is 100 yds from your front door. This home has an observation room that feels like a ship on the ocean during high tide! Also a living room with stone and agate arched fireplace that overlooks the surf and beach. Fun shops, restaurant and movies are a close walk. Enjoy your rest or favorite read on the new upscale mattresses while listening to the sound of the ocean at night. Explore the nearby tide pools , fly kites or build sand castles by day. Romantics will love the knotty pine and cozy decor throughout. The dining table seats 6 with surf and sand views. Set of stairs at entrance.
Please avoid leaving single night gaps during Spring Break, July & August. Please do not book beyond 1 year out from todays date. Those rates are not posted

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Has everything you want and more. Has something for everyone, whether you want to beachcomb or sit and watch the waves. Very clean.I will definitely want to return in the future.

Everything was great but got the price we paid I was disappointed they have a very rusty unusable BBQ grill to offer their guests to use. Also, beach chairs would have been nice to use at the beach.The view is outstanding!

Thanks for the 5 star review and your stay at Seamist. I'll get working on that BBQ. The salt air and being right on the beach is tough on a BBQ. It's great you loved that big surf and sand view. Also, fun to have the tide pools right below the house. Hope you can make it back another time.

Wow, great review! Thank you so much for staying. It has to be the best beach view in town with 3 walls of windows looking out to the beach. Comfy and well appointed and of course sparkly clean have to happen and my top goals. See you again.

Place was great probably would have liked knowing that vehicles rev their engines until 12 am running around on the beach right below the house. Stunning view and a great place for a couple or small group.

I'm glad you had a great stay. Sorry about the car on the sand. A quick call to 911 would take care of that. I know some cars get stuck in the sand there.

Great location to the beach! Loved the windows and watching the sunset. Bed was comfortable. and the fireplace was a bonus. a hot tub would have been a great asset, but the view made up for that!

We enjoyed our stay at the Seamist in Lincoln City! The view was beautiful and access to the beach was perfect! We loved the fireplace and overall had a great trip!There are a few things that the property could improve on in our opinion. First, the 3rd step from the bottom of the stairs going up to the street level was very wobbly and could be dangerous. We had older family with us and thankfully we noticed it before they did! Second, many of the blinds did not work. Additionally, we had a party of 6 and the amount of toilet paper and paper towels were scarce. For the price we do not feel we should have to purchase any extra. Lastly, the mud room bathroom was very poorly lit and not a really functional bathroom for getting ready.

Thank you for the heads up on the loose stair. Got that repaired and a new cool high watt bulb which is much brighter in the mud room bathroom. The cleaner is leaving more paper towels and toilet paper for longer stays. I'm happy you a had a great trip and appreciate your time to mention these things . Thanks so much for staying at Seamist.

House is perched above the beach with a fabulous view, small but clean and quiet other than the roar of the surf. The beach is a short walk down the street. We loved sitting in the sun room/dining room all day just watching the Pacific roll in. Conveniently located in Lincoln City near Hwy 101, Dutch Bros, and shops. Easy parking at the house. We'll be back!
