Sandhaven East, 6 bedroom 5 bath Gulf front duplex that has been professionally decorated.

Each side has 6 bedrooms and 5 baths.
Cute sunroom/sitting room off of the master bedroom that overlooks the Gulf.
There is the following bedding in each unit:
1 King
4 Queen
2 sets of Double/Double bunk beds

This unit will accommodate up to 18 people.

This unit will rent on a Saturday to Saturday basis from June through August.

Cute house

Overall good week at Sand Haven East. View from house very beautiful and the new deck and walkway out to the beach was a pleasant surprise. Decorated nicely. Layout of house was not the greatest. Bathrooms very small and have to be shared. Bedrooms do not have dressers with mirrors, so bathroom is only place to use a mirror. Several bathroom drawers did not work and one was defaced when we arrived. I had to remove the shower curtains in bathrooms and launder them due to black dirt (?) on bottoms of each. Had squatters for two days at the end of our walkway, called property manager twice and left a message, but never received a call back. Ongoing construction next door beginning at early morning hours left us with a not-so-restful night’s sleep.
