'Seaspray' - Executives Personal Oceanfront Getaway!

Seaspray Oceanfront Getaway with the highest quality and all the amenities is now available as a vacation rental. A picture is worth a thousand words.... See for yourself!

The great room has walls of glass, wood floors, vaulted open beam ceilings, electric fireplace, Flat Screen Wall HDTV with Satellite TV (everything package), all leather furniture, and is set up for comfort and relaxation. From the great room, you can enjoy the wonderful 270 degree ocean views, porpoise and whale watching.

The granite kitchen is fully equipped for the gourmet chef with deluxe cookware, utensils and high-end appliances. Seaspray also has an outdoor kitchen/BBQ area with dining table and chairs.

Both bedrooms feature Ocean Views and King size beds, electric faux wood burning fireplaces (non-wood burning), Satellite TV with 100+ channels including movies and sports, not to mention the crashing waves, ocean birds, wildlife and whale watching, etc. Each bedroom also has it's own marble bathroom. This house is immaculate.

There are two large grocery stores in town, one organic gourmet style with a deli/bakery, fresh fish, and lots of 'to go' hot food options. There are many food choices in town including pizza, bakery, and many other restaurants, including St. Orres, a 5 star restaurant which is only a 5 minute walk from the house. Just relax. There is nothing like watching the sunset over the ocean from the deck or hot tub soaking in the Seaspray ambiance. One of our favorite things to do is sit in the oceanfront hot tub overlooking crashing waves toasting the sunset with a glass of wine.

Bring your camera! Seaspray is a photographer's paradise.

This house is ideal for a romantic getaway for an anniversary or just to spice things up! Many of my relatives that have stayed there refer to it as 'The Honeymoon Cottage'.

Cook's Beach is a county maintained beach and is a five minute walk from the house. You are allowed to barbecue there or build a fire.

This home was so cozy and special--sitting right by the ocean, allowing for the waves to soothe us to sleep each night. Great location, and good communication throughout our stay. Mindy was so helpful pre and post trip.

This place has the WOW factor. The view from every room is spectacular. The beds were super comfy, kitchen so clean and well organized (loved the labels to make all easy to find), bathrooms roomy and loved the thoughtful items provided (bath poofs, non scented soap for sensitive skin, detergents to wash clothes). My favorite moments was early morning sipping coffee in recliner looking out at that view. Lots of great places for meals and great walking trails very close too. Hands down my new favorite place to stay!

Five Star Seaspray

Once in a while you hit the jackpot and rent the perfect property. For us this was it!We have been coming to the Mendonoma Coast for many years and have stayed in many nice rentals. Seaspray was nicely appointed, well maintained and the views were stunning. A cut above!

New Years at SeaSpray

We completely enjoyed our stay at SeaSpray. Beautiful ocean front view with large windows, enjoyed the hot tub, well stocked kitchen, easy to find off of Hwy 1. Love that it's less than 5 minutes to Gualala. We had to drive to SeaRanch to go for dayhikes, but price is right and worth the tradeoff of being closer to town.

This home has everything! The views from inside the home as well as the outside decks are amazing. The home also has everything you need to cook, relax, be comfortable and cozy and enjoy the view. Great Birthday Week

Property was excellent & we had great weather so we could sit outside each day. Cooked all our meals there with a great kitchen with all the cooking equipment you ever needed. Really enjoyed the recliners with views from all.

Still a 5 star but a couple of comments for short stay

Great place and location. Only issue is that it appears, over time, that instructions are not being updated - means spending a lot of time getting set up. Also 15 controllers is just too many to master for a short visit. Super easy if you live there or for a long stay but like a cram course for 3 nights. Still home and view just can't be beat!

Gem of the Pacific Coast

With ocean views from every window, and gorgeous sunsets, this home is absolutely the best! We enjoyed our stay so much, we can’t wait to visit again. Mindy was excellent at facilitating our trip and checkin was a breeze. Sea Spray was everything we could have hoped for! We had a wonderful time!

Gorgeous Oceanside

This place has so many wonderful details that makes your stay seamless. Thoughtful shower pouf and welcome Prosecco. Obviously the view is stunning, we spent a lot of time on the deck reading or just relaxing listening to the waves. I enjoyed the full chef’s kitchen as I enjoy cooking. It had everything I needed and then some!! The house was well stocked. Some rentals give you one roll of TP or towels. Not this place! Plenty of paper products and towels/washcloths. We only used the master bed, and it was very comfortable. Everything was well labeled so it was easy to use all the house remotes. We rent on vrbo several times a year and this is in my top houses of all time. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous property

The house and views are amazing! But you can see that from the photos. What you can’t see is the bottle of Prosecco in the fridge welcoming you, the iced glasses in the freezer, the well stocked pantry, the comfortable beds, the detailed information about the house and town. I’ve stayed in lots of VRBOs and this is in the top 5%! Great communication with owner. So looking forward to coming again. And we saw whales! Lots of them from the deck with breaches and tails. Such a magical vacation. Thanks so much!

Heaven on Earth

Our trip to Sea Spray was 11/10! My go-to for relaxation has always been Carmel. Not anymore. Gualala is pure unencumbered bliss! The home was spotless with every single amenity you could need. The views from the home are 180 degree ocean views. The quiet, safe cut-de-sac location let all of our cares melt away. Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of gentle waves in the little alcove near the home were a lullaby and refreshing all at once. I cannot wait until I can go back. Thank you Joe and Coralee for sharing your very special home with us. J&T

Wonderful Stay

The property was clean and the view was unbeatable. The home had all of the required amenities for a relaxing getaway and I can’t get enough of how awesome the surrounding area is to explore and enjoy the community. Met several locals and they were all very welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for a getaway that is relaxing and scenic I would highly recommend staying at Seaspray!

Captivating Views!

Upon arrival you realize just how special Sea Spray truly is! The views are captivating, the furnishings & decor is welcoming and the amenities are exceptional. So much thought is put into making your stay a wonderful one…extra towels, pillows, bathrobes, a well stocked kitchen and so much more. We found ourselves enjoying the beautiful calm mornings, the windy afternoons and the spectacular sunsets. Each evening we relaxed in the hot tub and slept to the soft sounds of the ocean. Our morning walks to Cook’s beach were a must; such a lovely beach. Thank you to the owners for sharing their magnificent home allowing us to make special memories in this little piece of paradise. Also, a big thank you to Mindy, the owners assistant, for the excellent communication and making our stay everything it could be and more.

We're an executive couple. My husband being a Vintner and Winegrape grower in Sonoma County and myself owning my own brokerage company. We purchased this property to get away from the stress of business. We have enjoyed it immensely and now are ready to share the experience as we are not able to get away as often as we would like. You will absolutely love this property, I like to shop, so the house has everything!

Our criteria when buying a second home/getaway was location, location, location! Oceanfront, walking distance to a large beach, and being close enough to a town that offered restaurants, gourmet food grocery store, shopping, art galleries, etc, etc. It took three years for us to find the perfect property and this is it! With redecorating, and replacing surfaces, we have made this a spectacular getaway.
