'Seaspray' - Executives Personal Oceanfront Getaway!

Seaspray Oceanfront Getaway with the highest quality and all the amenities is now available as a vacation rental. A picture is worth a thousand words.... See for yourself!

The great room has walls of glass, wood floors, vaulted open beam ceilings, electric fireplace, Flat Screen Wall HDTV with Satellite TV (everything package), all leather furniture, and is set up for comfort and relaxation. From the great room, you can enjoy the wonderful 270 degree ocean views, porpoise and whale watching.

The granite kitchen is fully equipped for the gourmet chef with deluxe cookware, utensils and high-end appliances. Seaspray also has an outdoor kitchen/BBQ area with dining table and chairs.

Both bedrooms feature Ocean Views and King size beds, electric faux wood burning fireplaces (non-wood burning), Satellite TV with 100+ channels including movies and sports, not to mention the crashing waves, ocean birds, wildlife and whale watching, etc. Each bedroom also has it's own marble bathroom. This house is immaculate.

There are two large grocery stores in town, one organic gourmet style with a deli/bakery, fresh fish, and lots of 'to go' hot food options. There are many food choices in town including pizza, bakery, and many other restaurants, including St. Orres, a 5 star restaurant which is only a 5 minute walk from the house. Just relax. There is nothing like watching the sunset over the ocean from the deck or hot tub soaking in the Seaspray ambiance. One of our favorite things to do is sit in the oceanfront hot tub overlooking crashing waves toasting the sunset with a glass of wine.

Bring your camera! Seaspray is a photographer's paradise.

This house is ideal for a romantic getaway for an anniversary or just to spice things up! Many of my relatives that have stayed there refer to it as 'The Honeymoon Cottage'.

Cook's Beach is a county maintained beach and is a five minute walk from the house. You are allowed to barbecue there or build a fire.

The setting and views are truly exceptional. Loved having a little beach within a short walk. If you're looking for a QUIET, restful place, this is it! Nothing but the ocean waves rolling in.It is worth noting Gualala is quite remote. Unless you have a private aircraft you are looking at a very long, winding coastal drive to get there. It's a beautiful drive but not an easy drive.

This is true gem!!! The views cannot be beaten. Waking up with the surf right out the window is unbelievable. It's on a cliff, so you can't walk to the beach right from the house, but there is a short walk to a nearby beach that was gorgeous. Would come back in a heartbeat.

The location and the house were spectacular for ocean lovers seeking surf, a rocky coastline and a view out to the horizon. Two walls of windows facing the ocean gave views from inside as good as from outside decks- a good thing in ocean winds. The hot tub is placed oceanside as if on the prow of a ship. The house was perfect for 2 individuals or 2 couples, with a well designed and stocked kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, welcoming bedrooms, a gas fireplace and comfortable leather furniture. The whole interior was clean and well organized. A home to return to!

Everything was excellent. Stayed for 3 nights booked another 3 week stay for later in the year before we left. Wonderful property, excellent hostess. Can’t wait to come back. My only hesitation in giving such a glowing review is that someone might book it for when I want it!!!

This home on a cliff is a little slice of heaven. Everything was beyond excellent. The view, the crystal-clear hot tub, the comfy beds, the well-appointed kitchen, the comfortable furniture throughout the house, and Mindy, the owner's assistant, who was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I absolutely loved my stay at Seaspray.

Great location

Location cant be beat windows could be cleaner to fully enjoy the view, but when you read the property had everything you need believe it.

We purchased this property to get away from the stress of business. We have enjoyed it immensely and now are ready to share the experience as we are not able to get away as often as we would like. You will absolutely love this property, I like to shop, so the house has everything!

Our criteria when buying a second home/getaway was location, location, location! Oceanfront, walking distance to a large beach, and being close enough to a town that offered restaurants, gourmet food grocery store, shopping, art galleries, etc, etc. It took three years for us to find the perfect property and this is it! With redecorating, and replacing surfaces, we have made this a spectacular getaway.
