Upper Level: 3 bedrooms, , 1 full bath, kitchen, dining area & living room boost an Open floor plan with access to a wrap around deck & rooftop deck.
Living spaces are connected by a wide interior staircase and exterior stairs. 2 Zone C/A, whole house dehumidifier and ceiling fans keep the house cool all summer long. Beach Chairs, badges,& beach buggy cart are provided for tenant use. Owner provides pillows.
2 driveways comfortably fit 6 cars. Relax with your family on the 2 decks or shaded patio. Private Hot & Cold outside shower, grill & picnic table complete the outside.
