15 min drive to Seaside this waterfront house offers a tranquil escape for guests. Sleeps 14 people with 5 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, and 4 twin beds, this property is perfect for families or groups. Enjoy the phenomenal jetted hot tub outside overlooking the peaceful water. Relax around an outdoor sofa with a firepit. Take the kayak out on the water and explore! This house comes equipped with a propane grill, wood fire pizza oven, prep table and plenty of outdoor seating. Inside, enjoy a fireplace in the family room, Sonos sound system and an open floor plan. Ride beach bikes to Barnegat Bay beach located at the end of Amherst Drive. This beach also has a swing set and playground for young children. Short walk to B2 Waterfront restaurant. Coming by boat? No problem! We have a boat lift and two jet ski docks.

We had a very relaxing week. The deck is so nice to just sit and relax on. It’s a very quiet community. Perfect location especially if you have a boat. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The house was amazing, well-stocked, and very comfortable. The outside area is also great, and we enjoyed making pizzas in the pizza oven - even in the cold! Owners stayed in close touch and ensured all questions were answered promptly. If possible, I'm sure it is even more fun in warmer weather!

Great quiet location. A couple of issues arose while we were there and everything was addressed by the owners. Living room sofa could use some refreshing. For the price and location this was a great deal. We were there during Thanksgiving, but I’m sure during the warmer months this location is great.

Beautiful house on the bay

We stayed here for the week on a family vacation the pictures don’t do the house justice. The house is absolutely beautiful in a great location on the bay. The host was responsive the entire time and made our vacation one to remember. I have 2 little kids and they loved the big bunk bed room. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and family and we will be looking to rent it again next summer!!!

Mike was a Wonderful host. Solved every problem we had within minutes. Was concerned when we arrived and found broken things and all around met our every need. His house was fabulous! everything we could of needed and more! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Home is beautiful! Such quiet peaceful location, with action just a short drive away. The area is gorgeous for walks, bike rides, paddle boarding. Near by bay beach was a great place to spend a few hours, and the ocean beaches/boardwalk are a 20-30 min drive away with lots to do. Home exceeded our expectations. Very beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. Lots of towels/beach towels, bikes and beach toys. The outdoor shower is such a treat after a day on the beach. Large hot tub was another plus. The kids all had a ball in the enormous kids suite (could sleep 6 in there). Large deck had plenty of seating for all, and the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee. I couldn’t believe how quiet and peaceful the area was. The host was very friendly and responsive. Our extended family had a wonderful week vacationing at this beautiful home.

This place is as amazing as the first picture of the quad bedroom.! House is everything the pictures depicts and more. Backyard is worth every penny. Even the neighbors are awesome! Location is ideal. You are on the water. Restaurants are close and some sweet local sub, bagel, and pizza places are around the corner. We enjoyed the entire Jersey vibe and plan to do it again!
