Our stay was great and this is the second time renting this property. I love the layout, the back patio that is private even though you are in the middle of several other properties, the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, it is a short walk to the beach and the trees are beautiful. Overall we had a great stay. A couple of little things (the grill didn't work, the front door was difficult to close and the master shower curtain was weird and water spilled out on the floor) stopped me from saying excellent but I would definitely rent this property a third time.

A gem of a property a short walk to the beach. It had a very homey feel to it and was well stocked. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed it very much. Highly recommend.

Perfect location - the beach is a bit of a hike, but quiet and safe. The townhouse is perfectly appointed, very comfortable, and the beds were top tier. Beds can be a trip breaker, but these were high quality. I love that the bedrooms are split by the main living floor - great for families with older kids. Everyone has their own space. Outdoor area was very convenient for rinsing off beach equipment, sandy feet, etc. before coming inside. Overall, a wonderful homebase on beautiful SSI. Property owner also very easy to do business with!

Great property in a great location

We had an awesome stay here. Super clean, well stocked with everything we needed and the location can't be beat. A short walk to the gorgeous beach and close to everything else you could need.

Family Reunion

Great location with a pretty quick walk to the beach. Plenty of kitchen gear to keep everyone fed and happy.

Perfect location

We enjoyed are stay very much. The home is comfortable and located in the perfect spot. Easy access to all beaches and pier. The owner was accessible and very accommodating. Would definitely book again!

Great place

Loved Seas the Day. The house was immaculate and the layout is perfect for families. Great location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, village,etc. The owner is so responsive and awesome to deal with. Highly recommend and hope to stay there again sometime.

Great Place & Location

Condo had great space for our family and all necessities needed! The place was very clean and had comfortable beds. We appreciated Gloria’s quick response with a question while we were there. Would love to go back next year!

This is a lovely home located within walking distance of East Beach and the King & Prince. Great views of the Marsh! Well equipped kitchen.

Great Location

The location of this property was perfect, a little over a mile from the town center, which is only an 8 minute bike ride, and a 10 minute walk to get to the waves. Even on 4th of July weekend the beach wasn't too crowded like it can be at some of the popular areas of Florida. St. Simon's was perfect and this property was great!

Great stay

Great layout with plenty of separation for all. Block and a half walk to the beach. Restaurants and bike rental shop a short walk as well. First time to the island. We’ll be back.

Great beach getaway

Property is clean and very functional. Short walk to the beach and Crab Trap. Overall good experience. Property manager and cleaning crew were very responsive.

Great Location

Great location close to everything. Across street from marsh and walking distance to beach. Home had everything we could have needed. Has three stories so be prepared if you have someone that struggles with stairs. We had a fun time and enjoyed our stay. Gloria was very easy to work with and accommodating.

Great house with great location

The house is great and the location is even better. Walking distance to the beach, and the sand bar is great. The master is located on the top floor with the kitchen in the middle and two bedrooms on the first floor. Overall, my family had a great time and the house is perfect. The owners (Gloria) great and we had no issues.

I love St simons!

The location was very close to the beach and within easy walking distance. Gloria was extremely responsive to any needs identified. House was neat and tidy and had a well stocked kitchen with inert of supplies.

Beach Fun

Our family enjoys spending vacations in St. Simons and our stay at Gloria’s place was amazing. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. The townhome had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Easy walk to the beach and easy access to restaurants and shops. When we were not enjoying the beach we explored the area and went to the turtle center, driftwood beach, and the water park on neighboring Jekyll Island. Gloria made getting in very easy when arriving and made sure we were enjoying our stay.
