Summary:
Welcome to your charming home in the heart of sought-after Banker's Hill. This cozy, comfortable home offers a location that is close to Little Italy, Balboa Park, Airport, and everything Downtown!

Balboa Park is just a few blocks away, with miles of walking trails, lush gardens, and some of the city's top cultural institutions. Little Italy is also very close, where you can enjoy a delicious meal or explore its vibrant nightlife scene.

The Space:
You will have the entire home exclusively to yourself during your stay. Enter into the spacious living room with ample seating, flat screen TV, and a sunroom with spectacular views of the Downtown San Diego lights and the expansive Harbor. There is a dining room off of the full kitchen that is stocked with everything that you need to cook meals during your stay. There are 2 private bedrooms downstairs and a full bathroom. Through the kitchen, there is a stairway that leads to a closed off loft with a king bed, half bathroom, and it's seated viewing area. All furniture is brand new!

Guest Access:
You'll be provided with a custom smart lock code that will be active on the front door during your stay, and you will have private access to the home in its entirety.

The Neighborhood:
Banker's Hill is known for its charming, historic architecture and prime location just minutes from the city's top attractions and amenities. The neighborhood is located just north of Balboa Park and south of the bustling Little Italy district, making it a popular choice for those who want to be close to all the action.

The area also boasts a vibrant culinary scene, with a range of popular restaurants, cafes, and bistros, as well as a variety of specialty shops, boutique stores, and local markets.

In addition to its prime location and charming atmosphere, Banker's Hill is also known for its safety and walkability. Getting Around:
Walkscore Score of 93! "Walker's Paradise". So much is within such a short distance via foot, car, Uber, etc. Otherwise, rental bikes, scooters, or an Uber can get you everywhere you need to go within a short distance to enjoy everything San Diego has to offer.

Other Things to Note:
Our checkout instructions only ask that you be sure you have all your things, turn everything off, lock up on your way out, and we'll take care of the rest! We do not ask that you do laundry, dishes, trash etc like many hosts do.

Please note that the home does not include Air Conditioning.

Guests must agree to our Good Neighbor Policy.

Noise
Our home is intended for relaxing getaways, not parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties of any kind are not allowed.

Occupancy
We strictly adhere to our advertised maximum occupancy levels at each home. No exceptions are made for any reason. The number of guests cannot exceed the listed maximum occupancy for the property.

Trash
Part of being a good neighbor is cleaning up after yourself. Guests are provided with trash pick-up days and instructed to bring bins out during applicable days. We utilize a trash valet service at select properties to ensure our properties are kept clean of trash and debris.

Move in ready with optimum flexibility: all utilities included - including internet, full kitchen with appliances and all cooking wares. All with flexible rental length terms long or short term to suit your specific need. Monthly discounts are automatically applied to rates when dates are selected.

- There is no off-street parking provided during your stay. Parking is free, first available on the streets surrounding the property and is abundantly available.
- There are steps leading up the entrance of the unit.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or laundry detergent.

Awesome find!

In town for the SD rnr marathon. Couldn't ask for a better location. Bankers hill! 7 blocks from the start, 1.5 miles from the finish. We booked it inclusive of our pet, but unfortunately he passed away the week prior, still if you have a pet, this is still a great place for them.

3 is not a Crowd - Great San Diego Spot!

Finding accommodations for 3 people is not easy! Especially not when the is snoring involved! This charming place has 3 large bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. Great for 3 women or 3 couples. Central location. Close to the airport. Easy street parking. Well appointed. Easy access. Everything was just great! Would re-book for sure!

Delighted by Banker's Hill

This VRBO was a quirky delight. Lot of interesting space. Parking was available on the street. Really nice views from top floor bedroom. We could not have been happier!
