High end finishings in this house and spectacular living room, kitchen and bedrooms. The outside screened in deck was spectacular! The only issue was the fire detector had a low battery with constant beeping. I called on Saturday at 8 pm but they would not come and replace the battery until Sunday morning. So, we had to listen to the beeping all night and could not reach it because a high ladder was needed. That was the only issue. They should have 24-hour service for these issues.

Wonderful relaxing Christmas in Kiawah

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second holiday in this home. The house is well stocked and spacious and comfortable. Excellent screen porch. Kitchen is well designed and easy to hold many family members helping to prepare meals. Comfortable living area and bedrooms.

Unfortunate Noise

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the property and the accommodations were exceptional, we were unfortunately disturbed 2 of the 4 days of our stay by the noise of pavement resurfacing vehicles. The actual street our house was located on was being resurfaced during our stay. Because everything within Kiawah is so carefully monitored, I have a hard time believing that both ESPM and the owner of the home did NOT know this was going on during our stay. We paid several thousand dollars for peace and tranquility which we did not receive on this trip. Someone from ESPM or the homeowner should have made us aware of this street repaving issue before we booked this home. Extremely disappointed

A Private Nature Observatory!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful experience! The house is comfortable and cozy. The screened in porch area overlooking the lagoon is the most peaceful, restful setting one could ask for! A true getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of life. Easy access to the beach makes it even better!
