Hazel was a nice, cozy beach cottage. It was as described in the listing. Beach access was two houses down and across the street. Very short walk. Pool in the backyard was a nice place to hang out after the beach. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Our family had a great stay at Hazel! The update amenities were appreciated. The close proximity to the ocean was perfect. We enjoyed napping on the screened in porch to th sound of the ocean. The pool was enjoyed by all. This is a lovely home.

We so enjoyed our stay at Hazel! The large screened porch is a little slice of heaven to listen to the waves and enjoy coffee or a lounge at end of day. Not sure who loved it more us or the dogs! Inside the house is well equipped and flows nicely. The deep sink is great for seafood boils and cleaning up after meals. Overall Hazel worked perfect for our small group of 3 adults and 2 med-large dogs. If you had larger group may be a tight fit in the living room area but could spread out to kitchen bar, dining area and porch for more room. The privacy fenced back yard, pool, shower, basement bath, full size fridge and game area a huge perk and nice spot to cool off after the beach and let dogs stretch their legs off leash. It was so quick and easy to get to the beach access from Hazel too! Highly recommend for small groups and pets!

Nice Stay at Hazel

Was a great time. Could have done a better job at cleaning the property-some type of liquid on the counter when we go there. also a lot of dust bunnies came out from under furniture when air was on. But overall, it was a good trip and nice place to stay.

AC issues ruined the trip

Got there at 3:45 and the cleaning person was just leaving. Went inside and the thermostat read 80 degrees. We turned it down but it never got cooler than 78 until we woke up after a miserable night of sleep. Second day we got back from the beach around noon and the temp had gotten down to 72 so we thought maybe it just needed some time to work. Everything was fine until the third day. Got back from the beach around noon and it read 76. By 5:00 it was up to 78 so we called the after hours number. Bret was very helpful. He came out and then called the HVAC company. They couldn’t fix it until the next morning so our last night of sleep was also miserable. Other than that the location and the pool were great, but I would probably not book the house again.
