We had a great view of the ocean. Loved that we were right on the beach and there is a pool. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The cooler and beach umbrella and chairs were a true bonus! Our only wish would have been more towels and/or beach towels and another roll or two of toilet paper so we didn't have to go out and buy that but not a deal breaker! Our favorite part was the location. You are right across the street from John's Pass shopping and restaurants!! Truly a gem. We will be back.

Great stay

Newly renovated property, with all the amenities, including washer and dryer on site. The condo was perfect. Loved the views of the gulf and views of John’s Pass. Always love coming back to Madeira Beach!

Cute little place!

We thoroughly enjoyed this quaint little condo at Surf Song. Exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach, and a pool too. One of the best parts- convenience to shops and food, all within walking distance. Very pleased with our choice to stay at this place!

Nice place for two people, perfect space. Beach is close as well as the shopping choices. My bed frame broke after the first night and was fixed the next day. The stove burners didnt maintain heat, was reported to the front office and was til they were going to send someone but didn’t hear back. The food I had planned to prepare at the condo wasn’t used so that was disappointing mid week. Communication needs to be better.

Amazing stay!

This property listing is exactly as described!! It’s a beautiful location with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The best part is this property sits right on the ocean and this is a 3rd floor room with a beautiful ocean view!!! The complex has a beautiful pool and lounge chairs for use. This property only had one beach chair for use that was rusted and unstable, however we bought 2 during our stay and left them for others to enjoy. We do plan to go back to this property in the future!!

Nice friendly people everywhere you go. A bit run down and needs a good scrubbing but would definitely stay again.

Room was as described. Beds were comfortable although walkway lights are very bright coming in through bedroom window, black out curtains or blinds would work better. We’ve stayed in this room before and the new deck chairs were lovely for morning coffee with a view. Definitely could use new sofa, it’s pretty warn out and uncomfortable. We were stuck indoors a good part of the week door to rain and someplace comfortable to sit would have been nice.

It had a Beach View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in the building many times over the 50 years I have been coming to Madeira Beach. It was adequate for our needs. The air conditioner worked great. We enjoyed the view at breakfast on our balcony daily. Pool was clean and clear.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couch was broken. When you set down. Felt like your were on the floor. Area rug by the coach was filthy. The paint is chip all over the condo. The bathroom floor was dirty in grout. The patio door would not look. However, they did fix it. The view was great. They need new chairs on the balcony. The chairs felt unsafe. Maybe purchase tall chairs to see view better. The place needs redone,

Construction

Cute condo. Comfy beds but not upfront with construction at property. Never was told we’d be woken up at 7:30 am every morning by buzz saws and can’t listen to music or hear each other at pool. Walked around glass on ground , broken concrete, nails. They gave us 11% back anfter several complaints which I unacceptable to me. I’d rather paid full price and had peace sitting on my balcony and at pool. Our water was turned off and the property management said they couldn’t do anything about it but I talked to construction crew after 4 hours they turned it back on. Arriving early can store your luggage outside only. But they let us in early. The location is prime. The condo was nice but I’m not sure how I feel about using Sunhost property management anymore. I would rent this condo again if no construction or it was disclosed and not through property management who said they thought they’d be done when they weren’t even close. Hate writing bad reviews but unacceptable. I have several pictures and videos .

Lovely vacation at Surf Song unit 332

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from our 11 day vacation at Surf Song Unit 332, Maderia Beach. The unit is very nice. I’m told it has recently been renovated. It was perfect. We loved the location. We were right across from John’s Pass. So convenient. We enjoyed relaxing on our balcony watching the Gulf. The unit is perfect for two people. Can’t wait to return.

BUT I will tell you my wife and I were married on the beach in front of the Surf Song 22 years ago. Condos are clean, people are friendly and the location is great. What more could you ask for?
