CANALFRONT – Frisco While the name of this home evokes the emerging dawn, both sunrise and sunset views will capture your imagination when you stay at TEQUILA SUNRISE, a four-bedroom/three- and one-half-bath home perched on the edge of a deep-water canal in Brigands Bay. Bring your boat, your fishing gear, and your love of the water to this contemporary beauty and discover all kinds of ways to placate your adventurous soul.

Arriving by boat? There’s a boat dock and bulkhead available, set sail and enjoy a day on the water! For those taking a land route, a large, paved driveway and carport welcomes multiple vehicles. Two outdoor showers and a half-bath make it easy to clean up after a day on the water and a fish cleaning table makes prepping your fresh catch for dinner a breeze.

Three of the home’s bedrooms are located on the first level: a master queen features an extra single bed and an ensuite bath. A room with two queens and another with one queen bed share a jack-and-jill bath. Also on this level is a den featuring a pull-out queen sofa bed and a Smart TV. The final bedroom, a master king with ensuite bath and Smart TV is located on level two. Finally, a loft with a trundle bed can accommodate two more.

The multi-windowed main living area invites you to sit back and relax — if just for a while — before venturing out to start your day. The open floor plan is warm and welcoming with sea-blue tones and comfortable furnishings. The open chef’s kitchen features generous counter space, stainless-steel appliances, a separate beverage refrigerator and a four-stool breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee as you plan your day. The six-seat dining table offers a prime canal view and the living room area featuring a Smart TV offers just the right amount of space to enjoy each other’s company. Head out to the multiple decks that wrap around the entire house for a soak in the six-person hot tub or to chill with your favorite beverage while you watch the sun slip below the sound. Then it’s another TEQUILA SUNRISE, but only if you book it. Make it happen!

Beautiful House, very creepy situation

My husband & I stay at the Outer Banks every year. This house was gorgeous, exactly like the pictures. The view is incredible. The situation that happened in the house was very off putting. We started to notice some of our personal belongings being moved in the house and outside of the house. We were weary, but kind of brushed it off. With being just my husband and I, we heard additional noises coming from downstairs. I was taking out the trash one morning, and looked out the window to see a barefoot man walking up our driveway. We hurried downstairs to find the man. He had suddenly disappeared. We found wet footprints leading up the ramp to the garage. And upon reentering the house, heard noises coming from the garage. We ultimately felt so uncomfortable thar we left 4 days into our 7 day stay. The house is amazing, but very strange we were not the only people occupying the house.
