This home was perfect for our family. The open floorplan on the upper floor was wonderful. Light filled and the sound views are unbelievable. You can access the sound right from the backyard. The ocean beaches across the road are very easy to access. Each room is appointed very nicely with comfy beds. The location is an easy drive from Hateras and Frisco attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home and layout. Beach access directly across the street !We had a great time and would definitely look to rent this home again

The company managing this property (Surf or Sound) did not service the property as stated in the booking. The hot tub was broken and ice cold upon arrival due to a broken pump. It should have been serviced and the renter notified PRIOR to my arrival, but they did not. I contacted them immediately to report the issue and made several follow-up requests to address it, including asking to be booked in at another property, or refunding me a portion of my booking fee. After many texts, emails, and a visit to their offices in person, i received a refund of 1
