The host offered an upgraded unit . The tiny house . It was lovely and efficient for our 31st anniversary. Cozy warm and the beach walking distance. Very quiet location especially during the winter. Perfect for couples wanting quality time.

A very cozy place. We enjoyed the hammock on the porch and the hot tub in the back yard. A nice easy walk to the beach.

I wanted to like this place, but our stay was rough. The AC unit broke, and the auxiliary unit had to be placed in a way that made the bed and bathroom side miserably hot - the broken AC was communicated to us ahead of time though, so we were not blindsided, but did hope for more from the temporary unit. The listing feels misleading, claiming a 'designated smoking area' in the list of available perks, which was a huge selling point for us, but we were simply pointed outside for smoking. The listing also does show photos of the whole building, but does not say that it is below another unit - we did not expect there to be upstairs neighbors during our stay. As another person stated, the furniture is VERY small - the chairs and sofa inside are not built for tall, fat, or disabled people (this is us), and the ceiling is inconveniently low so my very tall partner struggled with fully stretching out during our stay. The outside seating is a little better, but not by much. There was also a constant onslaught of bugs inside, which I know, it's hot and humid and a nature-filled island, but the number of bugs I had to replace outside felt a little ridiculous.

We were pleased with the location of the property. Easy to take our dog on daily walks. Our host stayed in touch with us. This efficiency apartment was all we needed.

Quiet and quaint

The apartment was super cute and the perfect size for one person. I was traveling alone and felt very safe and comfortable. Owner was easy to get a hold of.

Great stay!

Rory answers any questions right away. If there is an issue, he is right there to solve it. The neighborhood is great for walking pups and it takes 5 min to walk right to the beach. Had a great time and definitely will be back
