This was perfect for our little family! Some extra cleaning efforts could be taken with some of the furniture inside and out but overall, we felt at home!

Room was fairly cleaned. Furniture in living room was worn and needed a good cleaning. Overall it was neat and tidy, I’m sure it’s time for a good deep “spring” cleaning after a long summer season. The host said owners were coming down soon. So I’m sure they will take care of that before next busy season. We had a wonderful time celebrating our 50 th wedding anniversary. I think the parking fee is outrageous! We had both our children come in and one spouse had to come later. So 4 parking passes added up fast!

Our stay was good. There was enough space for 4 adults and 3 children. A little disappointed that the outside pool and splash pad was unavailable however Prickett properties well informed us about the pools.

Great place for families!

Loved the rooms and the splash pad outside. The indoor pool and the hot tubes were also nice. Great place, wonderful view!

The beach view was perfect, we loved the rocking chairs on the balcony! The Grandkids loved the pool and splash pad! We were able to relax and enjoy!

We really enjoyed this condo. Lots of space to sleep and hang out. The kids loved the splash pad and huge indoor and outdoor pools.

Great Condo

We had a great stay in this condo. Our family was able to fit comfortably and enjoy the gorgeous views. We would definitely stay here again! The condo was clean and well maintained.

Family time!

Overall a great location, needs a little updating but was a great time. Master bedroom was very quiet, bed was very comfy. Could use more storage in other two rooms (such as a small dressers).

Fun trip

Kids enjoyed beach and splash pad. Adults enjoyed everything. Manager got maintenance to fix an issue quickly. Great stay

Comfy furniture

First time I’ve stayed where the mattress and living room furniture was actually comfortable. Up to date condo and clean! Loved our stay so much we are booking this same room for next year.
