Welcome to our spacious and bright home in the heart of Capitol Hill! This vintage home has been updated with modern decor and features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with queen beds. The abundance of natural light creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. With a huge on-site parking lot for 3+ cars, finding parking in downtown Seattle has never been easier. Perfect for families or groups, come stay with us and experience the best of Capitol Hill living!
The home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is 2580 sqft. This is a story + basement single family home with a few steps at entry
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Main entrance, kitchen, dining, living room with smart TV, half bath
• Second Floor: 3 bedrooms with queen beds, bathroom w/tub, office/kids play room
• Third Floor: 1 bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower, washer and dryer

• Large private parking lot, very rare in this part of town!
• 3 large working desks for your work-cation needs
• Big windows with lots of natural light
• Kitchen is stocked with a full range of kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea
• High quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping
• Smart TV for streaming.
• Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• Fireplace in the living room is not functional and is not advertised as part of the rental.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
