Great Anniversary Spot!

My wife and I loved being here for 4 days during our anniversary. The owner was gracious and accommodating of our wild travel changes around bad weather. The views are perfect, the walk to the market is brief, and the place is comfy. I would definitely go back!

Excellent Location

First time to Seattle for a few of us and this was the perfect location for our trip. The unit is well maintained and had a gorgeous view of the water. Pike Market Place was easily accessible and if you’re in the mood for a walk, the Space Needle is not too far. Definitely saving this location for a future return.

Superb in Seattle!

Wow in the Northwest! After a slightly tricky time finding the office at the property we headed up to our Seattle retreat. We were so surprised at the AMAZING view from this property! It is stunning. The ships passing, the sunsets and a charming porch to enjoy it all! The property was very clean, well set up and has a fantastic location near all of waterfront activities as well as the new waterfront overlook! The owners were super prompt in answering any questions and we can’t recommend it enough. Enjoy your stay in Seattle!

Great location for a hike to the conference center - The Arch. Excellent access to the wharf.

Great Location

We were travelling to Seattle for the first time and found this VRBO to be in a great location! It was easy to get to the waterfront, to the pier where our whale watching tour left from as well as to Pike Place Market. We did find there was an elevator to help get up to street level near the garage entrance so that helped on our trek to Pike Place. I appreciated Preben contacting me shortly after we booked as well as being flexible with our check in time. A great amount of instructions were provided that helped with our stay. The detachable shower head desperately needed cleaned as you could see the black mold on it and the towels could use an upgrade as they were pretty stained. There were also quite a few stains on the blankets and pillows which was disappointing. I think it's also important to note that the air conditioning is 2 individual units that are in 2 rooms (the living room and one bedroom). There's a third bedroom (with the queen bed) and it only has access to a tower fan, this wasn't a big issue for us but I would have liked to have known that ahead of booking. Aside from a few details, overall, we had a pretty nice stay!

Great location

Lovely property, very clean, nice condo grounds. View of the Sound and ability to just walk across the street to the boardwalk was great. We walked up every AM to get fresh coffee, pastries and fruit at Pikes Place and watched the sun set from the balcony or the boardwalk. The elevator at the north end of the condos was very convenient when we were tired of walking uphill. Plenty of towels and essentials in the unit, very secure feeling grounds. We had a great time!

nice centralized location on waterfront

We enjoyed our visit tremendously; the proximity to Pike Place market, waterfront piers, belltown, and downtown districts made all the difference as we purposely did not rent a car. The check-in process was straightforward due to great communication from the property manager. Thank you!

Graduate Celebration

We stayed with our daughter and her fiancé to celebrate our daughter receiving her Masters Degree from SU. The place was wonderful. Exactly as pictured. Great view of the sea and we enjoyed the balcony. Rooms were very comfortable. There is no air conditioner in the second bedroom but if you leave the door open and turn on the other ones in the living area and the master bedroom then it worked fine. Overall a great property!

Great base of operations location!

Great location to visit Seattle and area. Secure parking. With a view of the waterfront from the balcony. Saw the ferry, tall sailboats and tour boats on the water. Easy walking down the piers to restaurants and aquarium. Simple access to Pikes Market and everything you need at home to cook meals. Excellent time and will stay again!!

We are Seattle natives but now spend half of the year in Tucson, AZ (VRBO 217106) and our condo in Hawaii (verb 190187), both of which are also available to rent through VRBO. Working in sports television has its perks, but after many days on the road our favorite things to do are spend relaxing days in the beautiful places we call home. While in Seattle we love to walk to dinner at some of the fabulous Pike Place Market restaurants, take walks along the waterfront to the Olympic Sculpture Park, go skiing in the winter and cruise around on the sound in the summer. It is one of our favorite places on Earth and we hope you are able to enjoy it as well!
