Stylish 3/2 getaway! Near Theme Parks!

Cozy and beautiful 3-bedroom/2 Bathrooms house. Where you can kick back, relax, and savor the coffee. Enjoy the peaceful back yard, barbeque on our gas grill, or explore Lakeland's many activities and attractions. Home conventionally located, 40 minutes from downtown Tampa, or 50 minutes from all the Orlando parks! Within 5 minutes from shopping centers, a mall, Walmart,etc. Extremely calm and safe area, I-4 not even 5 minutes away. This house is perfect if you plan on exploring everywhere!

Master Bedroom 1 - Includes a King size bed, 50-inch Smart TV, and a private bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - Includes a queen size bed, 50-inch Smart TV.
Bedroom 3- Includes a queen size bed, 43-inch Smart TV.
Living room - 55-inch Smart TV and comfortable couch.
Kitchen - Fully equipped with new appliances.
Outdoor Includes dining area and a gas grill.....
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole home, including the garage. There is a small building/shed in the backyard that is not accessible to guests.

Easy access, convenient location to sandpiper resort

This is our second stay. Very convenient for visiting my parents who live at the sandpiper resort.

Nice but…

Didn't realize this rental was a house connected to a house. Picture was angled such as you couldn't see other house. That being said was never a problem with other house. Very quiet. When arrived house was very warm, as week progressed was warm many days . This owner has a smart thermostat and changes if you are away. In Florida very hot and was uncomfortable many evenings when we got back to house. The ac cooled when we were there. Called the owners, seems they can control it remotely. Dont like that when I am a guest that I cant control how the temperature is in the house. Was asked at checkout to roll trashcan to street. Seems that unit will be cleaned after departure NOT something you ask your guests to do. Hopefully these procedures will change, since a cute small house comfortable enough.

Great property in Lakeland

My family stayed in this charming property just off US 98 in Lakeland. It is a great, convenient location. The property was clean and well maintained. My kids said they got "the best sleep of their lives" in the upstairs bedroom. The only difficult part (for me) was the spiral staircase to access the loft, but my kids loved it. The host was lovely to work with, very responsive and communicative. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very comfortable and clean. Beautiful home.

This home was clean, comfortable and very accommodating for my family. The 3rd bedroom in the loft looked very comfortable but we were all of older age and chose not to sleep there. But it is lovely and great for someone who can navigate spiral stairs. We stayed in the first floor bedrooms that were very comfortable. Comfortable beds. Plenty of closet space, hangers and drawers in both bedrooms . I loved the side tables on each side of the beds that had built-in USB chargers. The TVs are very nice. One in every room. The kitchen was very nice with a big refrigerator. The floors were beautiful and shiny. It was extremely hot outside so we didn’t really get to experience the outside furniture or grill. The home is very sound proof and at night it was very quiet. Our stay at this home was very nice and I will recommend it to friends and family. It’s a beautiful home. Communication with Daniela was great and quick to respond.

We enjoyed this family stay

Staying at this house gave us a chance for our family to get together in honor of a milestone birthday of a family member over a long weekend. The house was very clean and very well stocked - we brought our own Keurig k-cups to enjoy hot drinks. The beds were comfortable and their was lots of closet space. We had plenty of room for all five of us. Future guests may wish to know that the third bedroom is in a loft accessible by a spiral staircase. The beds were very comfortable. The location was good and we enjoyed our time there.
