Great location! We had a concert at Thompson's Point and we loved that we could walk there so easily. Host was super responsive and nice, and the place was clean. Would definitely stay again!

The house was clean and is conveniently located in Portland. Street parking was more difficult after dark and the house could use some TLC. Host was very responsive to everything.

Responsive host. Comfortable. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Sparsely furniture. Largest bedroom did not have a closet. Overall pleasant stay.

This was the perfect location for a girls' trip up to Portland and a concert at Thompson's Point! Check in was super easy and the apartment was spotless. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, all amenities and appliances were present and functional, furniture and beds were comfy, nice and quiet at night. We walked from the apartment to Thompson's Point and this is definitely the move - no worries about traffic or parking! We usually attend a couple concerts a year in Portland and will look to stay here again in the future!

This place is fine, but you should set expectations based on what you want. If you want a nice place in Portland to relax, this is probably not ideal. If you are on a guys trip and just need a place to rest each night, this works well. The building is very old and run down. The building is not in a great part of town, but is reasonably close to more desirable areas and is walking distance if you want to go to a Sea Dogs game. Overall, our stay was fine, but I would not recommend this to a family with younger kids.

Overall excellent stay

We had an excellent stay! The property was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Ryan was a kind, thoughtful host with great communication throughout the whole process! Definitely recommend staying here!
