Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the top floor of the Amelia South complex. Gorgeous ocean views from your private balcony. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom also has a comfortable queen bed and the full-size bathroom with a jacuzzi tub is right next door. The living area has a new queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. The condo also has a fully functional and completely equipped kitchen, and a laundry area. There is also wi-fi throughout the property for your use. Come enjoy paradise!

Perfect location

Our sisters weekend was perfect and the condo is lovely and located on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping

Great place

For the money, this was hands down the best option. I was expecting less but when we got there I was amazed. If you're reading this review wondering to stay here or not, 1000% stay here. Very clean, perfect view, amazing swimming pool, not crowded at all and to top it all off, the master bedroom view, first thing in the morning, was great.

Great Vacay

Hubs and I had a great week exploring Fernadina Beach. The condo had everything we needed and we loved the location. It could use a little updating but was very comfy and can’t beat the balcony views! Management was very responsive.

Great location, beautiful view.

We had a nice long Memorial Day weekend staying in this unit. Convenient centrally located on Amelia Island. Not far from restaurants and grocery stores. Awesome view from the top floor balcony. Great pool for cooling off after a few hours on the beach.

The view was truly amazing. I am 75 years old and could not get into the tub/ shower without a step. Which I finally found in a closet. The balcony furniture was damaged and there were only 3 chairs with worn out cushions. The sheets on the king bed had stains on them. There was no previous info that the television only had streaming with no local channels. Getting in touch with the representative was easy. My text messages were answered in a timely manner. It just seems to need some serious attention. All my issues can be resolved easily.

Located ocean front on the white sandy beaches of Amelia, this property is perfectly situated for you to enjoy a short or long stay. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with in house laundry. The kitchen has been updated and is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. But you are also right across the street from the Surf restaurant if you decide you aren't cooking. Enjoy morning coffee on your private balcony that over looks the blue ocean waters, and gorgeous beaches. Imagine waking up to a spectacular sunrise daily. Wander the miles of sandy beaches right outside your door. You can do everything or nothing at all. It is all up to you.
