We traveled with a 2.5 year old and a 5 month old. We needed a place with enough space, outdoor are and a location central to all the best things in Seattle including a walkable coffee shop. This place nailed it on all fronts with a stocked kitchen, back up supplies and few gems like a baby chair! Bed comfortable. Quiet. Javasti has great crepes and coffee. Van Gogh has best tasting coffee. Near woodland park soon, Matthews beach, UW, north Seattle. Wedgewood is prime!! I’d stay here again for sure.

We had an extended stay in this comfortable clean home. Everything was nearby in this friendly community. I have never had so much communication with a host before. All responses were quick and helped us make our stay more relaxed. The enclosed yard around the home was a haven for our three-year-old grandson who was receiving treatment in the Seattle Children's Hospital.

Very clean and charming!

We had a host cancel on us last minute, and found this property. Hosts were helpful and very prompt in responding to questions. This place was perfect and had everything we needed.

Great spot near UW

We stayed here while visiting our nephew at UW. It was a beautiful neighborhood close to the school and restaurants we all wanted to eat at. Extremely clean, attentive hosts,,comfortable beds. We will definitely be back.

property was everything as advertised. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. Much nicer and competitively priced to a nice hotel room but tons more room and comfort.

Lovely Seattle Property!

This house was absolutely perfect for our 10 day stay in Seattle. The location was safe and relatively centralized. The property had super comfortable beds and the kitchen was a nice large size if you choose to cook. I highly recommend this property for your Seattle stay!

Convenient & comfortable

Comfy mattress and well equipped kitchen. On busy street but fencing makes it feel private. Owners very responsive.

Hospital visit

Very nice home with everything needed. Perfect distance to Children’s hospital for us to relax in a home while we went to the pre-op appointments for our son.

Nice Property and Friendly Hosts

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean property with nice amenities and thoughtful touches. The rooms were spacious and the house layout was comfortable. The location gave us easy access to the greater Seattle area and the university. There is a main street out front which adds some muted road noise but this did not interrupt our sleep. The hosts were very good about communicating and making sure our stay was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick getaway

I stayed at this house with my husband and 13 month old baby. Everything described/listed about the house was as is, we had a comfortable stay. House was super clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect for Us

Our family of 4 was visiting Seattle for a soccer tournament and we had planned to extend our time beyond the team hotel and this house was perfect! One of the better rentals I’ve booked - very clean and updated and every light switch was labeled and actually turned a light off/on which is rare in rentals ha ha. The living room couch was comfortable, the newer full-size washer and dryer were great, and we loved the outdoor space. Also, all of the soap products were Bath & Body Works which was a nice touch! My husband and I also walked to the bar/pizza place on the corner - Fiddler’s - and it was super cute and had live music. Just a charming little house that perfectly suited our family. Would definitely recommend!
