Guests have access to the entire house, the rooftop deck and the ground level patio.

The ground level entrance opens up to a spacious home office and foyer area. On this level you'll also have a full bathroom, the laundry area, and a bedroom with a queen size bed.

The middle floor is where you'll find the primary bedroom with a King size bed and ensuite bathroom.

Up to the third level is where the kitchen with island and coffee bar, a dining area and a living room with large Smart TV are located.

Head up one more flight of stairs to enjoy the unobstructed lake and city skyline views from the rooftop deck.

*The second and third levels of the house have a ductless mini split air conditioning unit. The ground floor bedroom has a portable air conditioner.

*This is an attached row style townhome. We ask that guests please be mindful and respectful of the neighbors on either side of the adjacent walls, especially during quiet hours.

*There is a parking permit inside the house for you to use during your stay. We can only provide 1 parking permit for 1 vehicle. The parking permit must be returned upon check out. A $100 fee will be charged if the parking permit is not returned on check out day.

*Assigned or reserved parking is not available. Public street parking only. A spot near the house is typically available, but should not be expected at all times.

*VRBO charges the host a fee to process guest payments. Due to this fee being charged to the host (which is separate and in addition to the hosting fee we pay VRBO), a $15 per night administrative fee will be charged to guests.
