Birch Beach House is ready to help you and your family make seaside memories. This property is just a 90 second (yes we timed it) walk to the Delaware Bay beaches. Our recently renovated home has everything you could need for the perfect shore getaway.
The space
Welcome to our newly renovated home, perfect for your next vacation! Our home features an open concept kitchen and living room, allowing you to easily cook, eat, and relax with your family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or a quick snack.
The living room has a comfortable single pull out bed, perfect for an extra guest. The first bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed, providing a peaceful night's sleep after a day of adventure. The second bedroom was designed with kids in mind and features a twin over queen bunk bed, as well as a TV with streaming capabilities, providing entertainment for the little ones.
The hallway bathroom is a shower/bathtub combo, allowing you to relax and unwind after a long day. The master bedroom is the epitome of relaxation, with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort.
The outdoor space is the perfect place to wind down after a day in the sun. We have an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, a seating area to relax and unwind, and a gas grill to cook up some delicious food. We provide beach tags as well as 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon to transport everything. For those looking to try something new, we offer the use of 2 stand-up paddle boards and 1 single-person kayak, allowing you to explore the water in a fun and unique way.

Linens are not provided. Towels and bed linens (as well as other beach items) can be booked separately through one of the following companies:
