This is our 4th time renting at 414 Vacation Rentals and another great stay! Great location and amazing property. Renting from Drew continues to be easy…great communication and smooth check-in and check-out processes!!!

Great , spacious and clean rooms . Clean new furniture . Walk in shower. Mini splits in all rooms keeps warm / cool as you like it . Nice patio with gas grill, 6 person table ,mowed yard with fire pit and chairs. Excellent rural location just 8 minutes from downtown Watkins Glen . I would recommend this place to any traveler.

Visiting my Uncle Thom who is a long time resident of Hector. This property is located in the middle of Watkins and Hector. Great location for us. Quiet property that was tastefully done. It has what is needed and some extras. There is nothing like traveling and having a full kitchen with appliances. Drew provided so good ideas on things to see and do. We wanted to utilize the fire pit although the Adirondack chairs are too low for folks with bad knees. Beds were firm enough to provide support while sleeping. That is something I appreciate. Plush soft mattresses are no good for the body. One suggestion I would make is more adequate lighting inside the units.

Nice open space and bed rooms, back area quiet with nice deck. Had a great trip to area and everything was very close to property.

The rental property was in a great location to hit various wineries and restaurants along Seneca Lake. Easy to get to Watkins Glen? Ithaca, etc., too. Just taking off one star because the bed wasn’t very comfy, the shower towels were small and rough, the filtered water dispenser on the fridge didn’t work, and shower essentials (e.g., shampoo, conditioner) weren’t provided. Otherwise, super clean and spacious place with easy check in and out, responsive host, reliable WiFi, easy parking, and unbeatable location. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, fire pit with firewood provided. Out of town but very close to breweries and wineries. Plenty of parking. Very safe area

The place was immaculate, had a great backyard, close to Watkins Glen, Walmart and a very cool Brewery (Grist iron).

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay, wished we could have stayed longer. Location is perfect, apartment is clean, well appointed, and very comfortable! Would definitely book it again!
