Great Place Close to Red Rocks

Very nice house. Easy to get to in nice neighborhood. Very close 10 minute drive to Red Rocks if looking for a place to stay for concerts there

We enjoyed a little escape to enjoy a Red Rocks concert. Perfect location for the venue. Home was located in a residential neighborhood and felt very safe. Host was very accommodating and responded immediately to my questions. Great little home!

Excellent rental. Just as advertised.

This is a perfect little home in a great neighborhood really close to the Bowles exit on 470. Everything was as expected. Six adults could easily stay together as long as shared beds are OK. The property was clean and check-in was very easy. Beds were comfortable andTV was good. There’s a nice little patio with table and chairs in the back yard. We only made breakfast there, but there was enough spices, etc. to do other meals. Best part, the owner didn’t expect us to do any of the cleaning such as stripping beds, etc. it’s nice to see you get something for the cleaning service they charge.

This place was Amazing. Easy access to get in and out. Located in great and extremely safe neighborhood. Super clean and had everything we needed. Will return back there when we come again.

Littleton to Red Rocks

Girls trip for 3 days and 4 nights with primary goal of being near Red Rocks. The home had everything we needed, was clean and very close to everything, including Red Rocks. The manager was very responsive. Access was easy for a group of five who went different directions throughout the day. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for Red Rocks

The house is located in a well established and very nice neighborhood. Myself and family members stayed for 4 nights with a show at Red Rocks on our itinerary. Superb location to the park. When you drive out to the main road you can see rR.R. in the distance. 10 minute drive made it extremely convenient. A side note, we came from the east ciast and had EST burnyt innour minds. We accidently showed up early and scared the cleaning woman who was startled herself. If she reads this, again we profusely apologize. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean. The only very small I guess negative would be that it might be time for a new couch and chair. But again, very small inconvenience. Hoping to stay afain the future!

Great time in Denver

Really liked this house! Perfect location for our time at Red Rocks, and easy access to local shopping. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Definitely would consider this property again!

convenient, minimalist home

Safe neighborhood, convenient location to Red Rocks, Garden of the Gods etc. Only one hanger in each closet. minimal dishes, no foil/wrap etc. Dog or cat hair all over bed. Towels were wet and maybe used-we rewashed them. Packaging and dust found behind kleenex box in bedroom. No dish towels and not enough face/hand towels . Edges of flooring and baseboards dusty and sticky,, again with pet hair. Beds very comfortable, and really enjoyed the treats and coffee provided. The floor plan was great, and we enjoyed the premium TV channels. It would have been nice to have a binder or listing of local stores, restaurants, attractions.

Red Rocks Concert

We stayed in Littleton for a concert at Red Rocks with two of our adult children. This house was perfect! Each of our adult children had their own bedroom. The house is in a great location and just outside the neighborhood is a great tea and coffee shop in the strip plaza. We were mintues away from Red Rocks and made our concert experience awesome!!! The house was clean and the host was easy to communicated and prompt in responding.

Quiet Neighborhood Home

This place was very nicely updated with two bedrooms one bath upstairs and one bedroom one bath downstairs. The owner was super responsive to requests and made the stay so easy. There was a nice welcome basket, w/d with detergent, and plenty of great amenities. Best part was that there was no long list of housekeeping requirements for us to deal with before check out! We stay in this area yearly and we'd happily be back.

Fun in the Front Range

The host was very accommodating. A pack and play and a child’s high chair were provided. The property is conveniently located in Littleton and between Ken Caryl and Lakewood just off C470 on the west side of Metro Denver. What you see is what you get! No surprises…which is good! The beds are comfortable. No back pains. I recommend this property. Our group consisted 4-adults and 2- children under 3.
