We enjoyed our stay, great location and neighborhood. Check in went smoothly and hosts were able to accommodate an early check in which was greatly appreciated. The house is a little quirky, which we found cozy and charming but may not be everyone’s cup of tea. Beds were comfortable.

Great place, close to many sights in the Denver area. Very eclectic home with all different holiday decor and a Merry-Go-Round Horse as you walk in the front door to greet you.Steve

It was such a homie stay. Beds were comfy and there was all the supplies you will need. There was a little spring that ran through the front yard. And squirrels, bunnies and birds were so cute.

The house was conveniently located close to restaurants, parks, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Access via keypad. Okay beds. Full kitchen, gas range, large fridge. A little clutter (knick knacks not pictured) but cozy. Less than ideal ventilation but portable fans and mini splits throughout. We enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is spacious and lots of fun things to admire. The kids loved the nfl video game and the huge backyard to play in! We will be staying here again the next time we are in town

We had a blast. It's a fun comfortable house in a nice quiet neighborhood with things to do. I think being west of Denver is ideal for vacationing. We went to Casa Bonita, a concert at Red Rocks, Meow Wolf, and ziplines in Idaho Springs! I wish we had time for the Denver Mint.

This property was easy to locate and close to a walking trail in a quiet neighborhood. The upstairs bedroom was very dusty and had many cobwebs that so we had to get the broom and a cloth to stay in there. The bathroom upstairs had a used bar of soap still in the shower and some garbage in the bin. One piece of furniture in a bedroom had so much dust and hair under it, my shoe pulled it out when I placed it there for the night! The pictures online must be old because there was a lot more clutter throughout the house that was dusty. It seems like someone lives there as there were so many personal things. It was decorated with a few different holiday decorations like Halloween, Christmas, etc and artificial flowers inside and outside that were bleached out from sun and age. The outdoor area was not inviting to sit at to relax. One thing we really appreciated was the coffee and creamer readily available. We had a good time but expected the house to be a little more catered to short term renters and higher cleaning standards.

Quaint well-maintained home in a beautiful old neighborhood. There is a huge fenced-in backyard. Easy access from the location to various amenities / downtown(s). Perfect for a family on a weekend break in Denver.

Great place to stay

This house was perfect for our needs. We were in and out of the house all week for softball games. The beds were comfy, the living room was relaxing and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.

Good Location

Loved the location, very convenient and quiet neighborhood. Didn’t like not having curtains on the front window, but overall enjoyed the stay.
