Very good, very comfortable property in a great location (Lakewood). The property owner was great about communicating, and we were on the same page before, during, and after our stay. I noted to the owner a couple of minor maintenance issues that I noticed during our stay, and I feel certain they have already taken care of these for the next guests.

This house was exactly what we needed and was very very clean! That’s my biggest thing. I can be a little critical and literally looked up and down inside and out, and cannot find anything to complain about! Great house and we will rent every time we go to see our family in Colorado.

Large, clean property

The house is very large and provides enough space for everyone to have privacy. Highly recommend for large families or a couple families who want to stay at the same place. Everything was clean and amenities were as expected. Excellent place to stay!

Lovely spacious home ideally situated and perfect as a base for our visit to family in the area. Very close to the downtown Belmar shops and restaurants etc. The bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms are basic but clean. Just to note there is no separate/walk in shower so may be difficult for anyone with mobility or balance issues. Some reviews mention the downstairs is cooler than the upstairs and this is true but, for us, that just made the downstairs bedrooms nice to sleep in during our summer visit. We had an unfortunate situation where the air con broke down but Chris, the host, responded immediately and did everything he could, as quickly as possible, to make the last couple of days of our stay more comfortable. I can’t fault his responsiveness or action. I would definitely stay at this property again next time I visit
