A Sea Shell on the Beach - great place for a beach vacation.

Location, location! 60 seconds from the beautiful white sandy beach of the Emerald Coast, no elevators or parking lots here! Unit is located next to Deer Lake State Park assuring a very private beach. You won't believe the view from all three decks.

The townhome includes covered parking for two vehicles, large living room, dining room, kitchen with snack bar, and bathroom on 1st floor. The living room offers beautiful and modern leather furniture with recliner and full thickness pull out bed. TV is 77" flat screen. The 2nd floor offers two on-suites. The primary suite includes flat screen TV, two large closets and a king-sized memory foam bed, master bath and beautiful deck overlooking the beach and ocean.
The second suite consists of a queen-sized foam mattress bed, oversized bunk beds, sleeping loft, modern deck and full bathroom with shower & tub. The large deck overlooks the Deer Lake State Park neighborhood. There is a wonderful laundry room with brand new clothes washer and dryer on the second floor where you need them. Built in closets make your stay even better than home.

The townhouse is 10 steps from a private and gated dunes walk-over leading to the beautiful white sandy beach, clear water, amazing surf, swimming in warm and shallow waters, dolphin watching, great fishing, surfing, and gorgeous sunsets. Door locks are digital for easy entry for your party.
For your safety and comfort, the entire property is gated.

Beautiful beachside retreat.

This condo is so lovely, comfortable, fully equipped with everything anyone would want, decorated with style. The view is amazing and having 3 decks is a real bonus. The outdoor gulf side setting is quiet and serene. My first reaction when we opened the drapes was WOW. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive A very positive experience in every respect.

Thanksgiving stay

This property and location was excellent...much better than expected. The unit was beautifully updated and had plenty of space for our family. There is a public beach access close by which only caused minimal disruption to us riding bikes in the area. We had a great Thanksgiving weekend here!

Best Place on 30A Hands Down

We have been coming to 30A for years and this is absolutely our favorite spot hands down. The property is fantastic, it is well maintained (we notice update difference year over year) and the location just can't be beat. Tom is also a completely fantastic host. Always quick to respond to communication and the most cordial host as well. His involvement in the property alone makes it worth booking, but everything else is beyond compare as well so why would you look anywhere else? If you are looking for a perfect spot to stay on 30A, this is it. We love it so much we book our next trip as soon as we can and begin immediately counting down the days! Thank you Tom!

Perfect Spot for Family

First timers to the area and were very impressed with the location. Literally steps to a very private beach and right in the middle of any attraction or restaurant you may want to go to. Space was clean, quiet and comfortable for a family of five with three kids 7 and under.

Relaxing week at the beach!

This is the third unit we’ve stayed in at Walton Dunes, and the one we’re most likely to return to! The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and and had everything we needed for a family of four. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and clean—everything was just easy. The kids loved the bunk beds and loft space in their bedroom, and we loved the comfortable bed and ample storage in the primary. It’s literal steps from a perfect, private access beach, so you don’t have to worry about getting out at the crack of dawn to claim a spot. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again—thanks for a wonderful week!

Beautiful home on lovely beach

This was a beautiful 3 level home with great views only a very short walk to the beach. The property was very nice and the owners were easy to work with. My granddaughters and I had a lovely "girls'" trip here. The bedrooms were comfortable and everything was just perfect for us.

Great location, condo, and beach!

We loved this place so much and will definitely stay there again. The condo was just as pictured and even better. We loved the location in Santa Rosa. The beach was private for the condo only so there was a lot of room for us especially since it is right next to Deer Park. Lovely families staying in the other condos which made for a great experience also. The only negative is that there is little to no cell service in the condo if you have Verizon. We were able to get texts with the wifi and had cell service down on the beach.

Great location, nice property, enjoyed stay!

The proximity to the private beach was great. The condo itself was very nice--clean and just right for a family of four adults. The only issue we had was with at check-in when we discovered housekeeping had not been done. The owner responded and arranged housekeeping, but we had to leave for 3-4 hours after check-in. The owner was apologetic and gave us a $100 restaurant gift card. Things happen sometimes... Regardless, we were pleased with our experience and would stay here again.

Great stay at the beach!

This was our second time renting this wonderful condo on the beach. The place has everything needed to prepare all of your meals. We bought fresh fish several times from Buddy’s and cooked it at the condo. Very close to Seaside. We frequently ride our bikes to town and ride around the trails in Watercolor or head east for a 6 mile ride to Rosemary Beach. We will be staying here again!

Great Week

Property was very nice with a lot of extra touches from closet organizers and enough hangers for longer stays. Decks on both sides of the unit allowed nice sunrise and sunset viewing taking in from the private beach area.

Amazing! An Absolute Gem!

We can't say enough good things about our experience! The property is immaculately maintained. If you think it looks nice in the pictures, they don't even do it justice! It feels so clean, cozy and welcoming in person and literally steps to the beach! Communication with the owners was always almost immediate and thoughtful, both before check-in as well as during our stay. We have been traveling to this particular area of 30A for quite a few years and will absolutely be looking to stay in this perfect townhome again if its available! Thank you so much Tom!

Beautiful week at the beach….again!

Another great week at the perfect location. The condo has everything you need to make your week comfortable. We have stayed here before and it is still on point. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has what you need, plenty of space to put your own things, the view every morning and evening is unbeatable. The new balcony is very nice and has plenty of room for my family of 4. The area seemed busier than usual but it was the 4th of July week so I will chalk it up to that but our private beach was a nice bonus not to be a part of the crowds next door!

Tom and Carla's property is just perfect. I have been staying here for quite a few years now. Even though I can't imagine there are any improvements possible, the owners are constantly striving to make it even better. They are very hands-on and always available should you have a problem. Cannot recommend this property enough.
