Perfect little cottage close to everything

This was a perfect little cottage that is much larger than it appears on the outside, that is close to everything. A delightful stay.

Beautiful home in safe neighborhood

Maya's home is beautiful. You can definitely tell she has poured love into it. The pictures did not lie and it was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and safe as I felt comfortable and safe going for my 3 mile walk every morning. There were no barking dogs, no unleashed dogs, no loud neighbors or noisy traffic. The few neighbors that we did see seemed nice. The home is close to the interstate, grocery stores, Walmart and more! If you are ever in the Tampa area and are looking for a nice place to stay, this is it! Thanks to Maya for making us feel welcome and communicating with us promptly through the app.

Overall good stay

Clean, well maintained home in a relatively good location (never been to Tampa before). Owner was responsive for the most part.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was decorated nicely, kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. I would have given five Stars for cleanliness however, the floors needed to be cleaned but when my husband told the owner after our stay, she was very receptive and thanked us for letting her know and I'm sure it was handled. Other than that, it was perfect. The location was wonderful and our little dog enjoyed running around in the backyard. Whenever I needed anything, the owners got back to me in no time at all. I loved that and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

Nice house all commodities needed for your stay! Just wish they had extra mirror in 2 of the rooms since it only has one bathroom would be a great help but all else great!

Cute home in a convenient location

The hosts were so kind and the check in process was seamless. The place was so clean and they decorated it perfectly. We loved talking morning walks in the neighborhood and it was so easy to get to Hyde park and the beach.
