This place is super cute and was clean and easy to find. Short walk to public transportation. Good proximity to Petco Park, little Italy, and the marina.

Great Spot!

We loved our experience at this quaint townhome in San Diego. Victoria was awesome and was great at communicating everything we needed. Home was very nice and clean. Not to mention so close to everything in San Diego

Fabulous Spring Break location

This was the perfect VRBO for our family of 5. The house was located super close the everything we wanted to see in San Diego.The house is beautiful and well stocked with things to make it feel like home. The weather this week wasn't the sunny California week we had hope, so we were happy for a cozy spot to enjoy the evenings. Our host was super responsive. Would definitely return if we end up coming back to San Diego thankful for a cozy spot to enjoy

Nice place!

Very cute home. We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and modern. We loved the idea of having plates and utensils for the little one. (Sometimes it's the little things) The only problem we had was the parking. Parking was hard to find, but I think that is a very common problem in California.

As advertised

Stay was one night. Is close to downtown and trendy restaurants and bars. Only complaint would be neighbors let noisy dogs out early 7amish) and barked the whole time. This is not however the fault of this property owner.

We are a family of six (2 adults, 3 children, and a baby) and booked this home last minute. Victoria graciously accepted our request and maintained excellent communication throughout both the booking process and our stay. She even checked in during our visit to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable.The home was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. One detail I overlooked when booking was that there is no onsite driveway parking, street parking is the only option.Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a bowl of snacks, including chips, cookies, popcorn, granola bars, and gummies, as well as a handwritten card, which was a thoughtful touch. The home was also well-stocked with towels, paper towels, and toilet paper.The neighborhood is urban, but we found the neighbors to be friendly. The home is minutes from downtown SD and SeaWorld. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this home to others looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Decor of the home was exactly a expected, cute and cozy. They offered game boards and tv for entertainment. The AC came in handy and worked great, especially at night; a nearby neighbor's dog barked endlessly. We did find bundles of hair in one of the rooms and restrooms upon our arrival which the host was apologetic for when we made her aware. The neighborhood itself was not the most eye appealing but it was very close to freeways and attractions. The house is on the flight path for the airport, but flights don't go passed 11p. for the most part.

The house was super clean and organized. The door keypad was easy and worked well. The kitchen had an excellent amount of silverware and dishes, and the microwave and dishwasher also worked great. The AC was also excellent and cooled the house down quickly when we got back home from our days out. The washer and dryer also worked well, although there was some confusion as to whether laundry soap was provided. But the host got that ironed out for us as all was well. The street parking caused some anxiety at first, and although most of the homes in the area use street-parking almost exclusively, we were always able to find a parking spot close to the house. The house was very nice mix of older charm and modern amenities. The three bedrooms were perfect for us and the noises didn’t transfer to the other rooms when the TV was on. Altogether we had a pleasing stay and would stay there again.

Weekend Getaway :)

I can honestly say that there was no surprises with our stay as the property listing was spot on. All communication with the host was friendly and she was also prompt to answer my reservation update request before check in. This house was perfect for our adult weekend trip as we were in town for a baseball game and to check out Gaslamp and Old Town. We had our car (it’s only street parking but we had no issues finding a spot in front of the house) but chose to utilize Uber, which was always available within minutes for pick-up. In regards to the house, it was clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and we found ourselves relaxing and chatting in the front yard often as it was a beautiful San Diego day and we appreciated the privacy that the trees and front fence brought to the house. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely be a returning guest when we find ourself back in San Diego.

Location Location Location!

What a cozy spot! Myself and 7 friends were visiting San Diego for a quick weekend vacation to celebrate my birthday and this ended up being the perfect spot for everything we wanted to do while there. It was located just out of the city center, but Uber rides were less than 10 to every location. Beach, bars, restaurants were all a short ride away. The amenities were all new and upgraded. The place was nice and clean. Everyone still felt like they had enough space. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The street parking didn’t even bother us because there always seemed to be spots right in front of the home. Victoria topped it off by going above and beyond with a kind customized welcome basket and a card. She was friendly and communicative which I very much appreciated and I would recommend her home to any of my friends taking a trip to SD.
