This cozy two-bedroom 1 1/2-bathroom cabin has sandy lakefront frontage with its own personal dock for your recreational enjoyment. There is electricity 20 feet from the dock by a light pole. Don't forget your life jacket! You can venture out on a kayak, paddleboat, or paddleboard and explore the beautiful 110-acre lake. The lake view is absolutely stunning! This property is located in Woodruff only a few minutes from Minocqua, also known as "the Island City!" This property accommodates up to 10 people. There is extra sleeping in the living room, which has a double pull-out couch, and in the basement, there is a king-size bed and a queen-size futon. There is room to park 4 vehicles and also room to park a trailer on the property. Downtown Minocqua offers shopping, restaurants, and the Bearskin trail for biking and hiking, and there are waterski shows for your entertainment.
