EARLY CHECK-INS
are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check-in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4 pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early.

LATE CHECKOUTS
must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11 am checkout time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next night’s stay at the listing’s full price.

PACKAGES
If you wish to ship packages to this house we are NOT held responsible for their whereabouts.

MAINTENANCE
Understand that we are at the mercy of the property's maintenance team for most general “fix-it” requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regard to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check-in, you can report it to us, but it is dependent on the maintenance team’s schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the “non-emergency” maintenance category and won’t be completed until they’ve addressed any emergency requests around the property first.

PARKING PASSES
If parking passes are lost there will be a charge of 75$

PARTIES
This house enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy for all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined 1000$ MINIMUM.

SMOKING
Smokers will be charged 1000$ dollars for smoking on the property. We have devices throughout the home that detect vapes and any types of smoke. Please save the smoking for off the property. Thank you!

CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of 250$

TRASH
Please take out to the dumpster located in the back left corner of the complex

EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS
Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate their busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer.

Awful! Our car was towed from parking lot don’t rent property
Upon arrival we accessed property fine w key code. However there were no printed instructions to wi-fi code, how to enter pool area and gym. The host instructed us via Vrbo inbox communication to find parking pass in rental and put in windshield. There was no pass in apartment. I messaged him and he responded with an apology and the previous renter had forgotten to leave it in apt. He said to park in visitor lot and he would get me a new pass. Several days later he messaged it was taking time to process. On the last night of rental we return from dinner, the 5-6 visitor slots were full, so we parked in the slot next to the visitor spot. The next morning we were checking out,went to pack up car and to find out our car was not there. Come to find out it had been towed. The parking lot to the units was half empty the whole time we were there. So no issue w available spots. But because the owner did not provide us with the parking pass for our car at all during that week, it was towed. It cost us $275 for the Uber ride to where the car was towed and to pay to get the car out. I messaged the host many times that morning got a response several hours later that was a please rate your stay! Are you kidding me! No other answer from him. I called Vrbo, got no where.2 days after we got home I messaged him again, with just an “I’m sorry we are looking into it” never heard from him since. I called apt management company they said he was third party renter & they have problems w him
