The living and dining area is bright and peaceful, with 14 east-facing windows that bring in morning light and wide views across Lake Washington toward the Cascades and Bellevue. It is a comfortable place to start the day with coffee, relax after sightseeing, or enjoy a slower evening in.

The kitchen has a gas stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishware, coffee, and tea. LG appliances are used throughout the suite.

For downtime, the living area includes a smart LG TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Prime preloaded. For remote work, trip planning, or longer stays, there is a dedicated desk, large monitor, and 1 GB cable internet.

The backyard makes the property especially rare for Seattle. Guests have access to a private multi-sport court set up for pickleball, basketball, and badminton, with gear provided. Even if you do not plan to play, the outdoor space gives the home a more open, relaxed feel than a typical city stay.

The patio includes a grill, outdoor dining table, beach loungers, and a viewpoint. Indoor and outdoor games are also available for guests traveling with kids.

Towels and bathroom essentials are provided.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the daylight suite through a separate entrance on the left side of the main house. The entrance is reached by about 15 outdoor steps.

You are welcome to enjoy the backyard, multi-sport court, patio, outdoor dining area, loungers, and viewpoint.

Other things to note
This home uses a smart lock for secure, easy self check-in. You will receive a unique access code before arrival, and the code is changed after each guest.

A family of three lives in the home above. The guest suite is fully locked off and private, with extra insulation between floors. We are mindful of noise, but some everyday household sound may occasionally carry.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking, including odors or residue, may result in additional cleaning fees.
