Home was very spacious and close to shopping/restaurants in Helen. Would stay again. James was very helpful with restaurant reccomendations.

Trash cans all had trash then them. Other than that it was fairly clean. Great place to stay.

The property was very clean but a bit sparse. We were there two nights and we had everything we needed, there could have been some comfortable chairs on the patio!!! It was a bit confusing when we arrived because we didn’t have the actual house number, just the number for the complex. There are several steps to get up from the parking space to the front door.

Liked being close to town. Area was nice and quiet even though part of a big neighborhood. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The place was clean with the exception of the kitchen table. There was some crumbs on the table, but other than that very clean. There were enough towels for us all. I enjoyed my stay there. We literally only slept there and had to leave right away because we had other plans. I would definitely stay there again.

The beds were comfortable and location is slightly out of town, but walkable if you are okay with hills. If you stay here, bring extra bathroom towels (no floor mats or hand towels) and kitchen towels (there were none to be found). Look at dishes in cupboard as we found a lot of dirty dishes. It could use a deep clean and appropriate curtains for bedrooms and bathrooms. Bring your own chairs if you want to use the porch. Some drains ran slow, Kurig needed descaled. We had to sweep kitchen floor when we arrived and totally avoided porch as covered with cigarette ashes and dirt. aWhomever decides to use the fireplace is stuck with cleaning it out first I guess - it was full of fburnt logs and ash filled.

This property is absolutely beautiful and so well appointed. The beds are SUPER COMFY with soft sheets. The bath towels are wonderful! IThe location is perfect for downtown visits. There were 3 of us, each had our own bedroom/bathroom but 6 would also be very comfortable. Spacious, screened porch adds more living space. There are 2 sets of stairs to the unit from the parking lot but there is also a concrete path from the other end of the building for those with mobility issues. Also a staircase in the unit to the 2 upper bedrooms just as an FYI. We cant wait to stay here again. James is an excellent host.

The outside steps up to the rental was a little rough for 3 80-82 year old ladies. But we enjoyed our stay. Clean, easy to contact owner, no problems other than steep steps to the door.

The shower curtain liner in our bathroom had mold on it and needed to be changed and the tub faucet was loose and hanging. The curtain rod in the living room was broken and hanging making it difficult to close the curtains.
