Get away from it all with this, rustic tiny home situated on a small farm.
Sit out front and enjoy the sunset while you watch the horses, donkeys, goats and cows. We do ask you do not feed the animals.
There is no wifi available, you can use your hotspot on your cell device for the tv.
Microwave and grill with a side burner for cooking. No indoor stove or oven.
Toilet and sink inside, shower is right outside. Close to downtown Wilmington and all the beaches! Lots of local history as well !

Everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The hot tub was nice, and it was so fun waking up and going out to see the farm animals each morning. It was quiet and relaxing, and we will hopefully be back again!

It is very unique. Quiet and remote in the country. I have not taken a shower outdoors since the days I worked for Piedmont Girl Scouts. The amenities are excellent. Including the fresh eggs which we did not earn due to plans witg friends. The tree frog in the bathroom sink was quite a surprise.

Home was very clean and comfortable. Great country setting. Hot tub was perfect. Host communicated quickly and was very attentive and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Our favorite VRBO stay to date. The perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Small and quaint but with everything you need. Easy check in and out. We ate nearby at Paul’s Place Hotdogs, so good as well! The animals are all so friendly. Truly a little slice of heaven!

Cute spot. Could be cleaner and there were no water bottles, snacks, or firewood that had said would be provided. Outdoor shower water was cold which was pretty disappointing. Loved the animals though!

Wish you would have reached out. Sometimes the cleaner forgets the extra items and i could have brought them by. Same for the water, it can be tricky and I could have helped

Place was easy to find. No WiFi and cell phone signal was terrible. Bugs covered the ceiling and every night would cover the door if you left the outside light on and then would come inside as you were trying to get inside. Bed was comfy and shower had good water pressure.

We just neede a getaway from people couple of days. This was perfect. It’s quiet, the animals were cool and the Hot Tub was very relaxing. Will use again to decompress.
