The Space

Relax in the inviting living room featuring a leather sofa, upholstered accent chair, and a 50-inch Samsung Smart TV. Enjoy access to Sling Orange/Blue with most major cable networks, plus high-speed WiFi throughout the unit.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, range, microwave, and drip coffee maker. Cabinets are stocked with dinnerware, cookware, pots and pans, baking dishes, and essential kitchen tools—everything you need to prepare meals with ease.
Bedroom
Unwind in the spacious bedroom featuring a king-size Energie innerspring pillow-top mattress, offering the perfect balance of comfort and support for a restful night’s sleep.
Additional Sleeping
The unit also includes a queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room. Sheets for the sleeper sofa are located inside the coffee table.
Bathroom
The bathroom features a beautifully tiled shower. Fresh towels, shampoo, and soap are provided for your convenience.
Parking Information
Parking is available in the garage directly across the street for $14 per day. Additional nearby garages are also available. Metered street parking is free after 6:30 PM and before 9:00 AM; payment is required between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM to avoid citations.

Additional Notes
Because the condo is located in the vibrant downtown district, occasional street noise—particularly on weekend evenings—can be expected. A sound machine is provided for light sleepers.

A great place, lots of character, easy walk to lots of restaurants, bars and stores. It’s on the second floor and there is a rooftop bar on the fifth floor so it can be loud

This stay was fantastic, after having dealt with a nightmare situation with a different vacation rental app, I had to find last-minute accommodation and Andrew‘s listing was more than perfect. It was impeccably clean and very conveniently located. Andrew was very thorough in his check in explanation, he even went as far to check with the parking garage if my car would fit with the turtle top on it. I had so much fun exploring the area and would most definitely come back again! Thank you!

It's a great location, great condo and great owner all wrapped up in one! I needed a last minute condo and the location was perfect. It's close to everything on the riverwalk. Andrew is extremely easy to deal with and very prompt to emails. I'll definitely be back for sure!

Great location and great price! Cool historical building, too. The host was extremely helpful with directions and suggestions. Definitely would stay here again next time I visit my family in Wilmington

The apartment was great and in a superb location. Host returned all my calls pronto. However we didn’t like the lobby/elevator/ to room process. No cameras, kind of dirty and old and by the time I got my bags there I was wet with sweat. But nice apartment and prime location if you’re just going to party. I’m old and it’s was a lot going up and down the stairs to get to the apartment.

There are no stairs to walk up if you take the elevator which is right in front of you when you walk into the building. This section is typically hot because it isn’t air conditioned and the front door is sometimes open because there is a bouncer there at night(safe). This building is from 1898 so it is very old and was once owned by Dennis Hopper. Once you get off the elevator and walk 15 steps to the locked door to all the apartments, it is air conditioned inside there and then you walk another 30 steps to get to my locked door with a ring camera. I have always thought my building is very secure with all the locks to go through. I am sorry for your troubles

Great place to stay to be right in the heart of downtown historic Wilmington. Easy Walk to everything since we were right on Front Street. Some noise/music from nearby business but that is to be expected when staying in this area. Noise barely noticeable in bedroom although we enjoyed the outside music while in the living area. Bed comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Host was extremely easy to communicate with and responded to messages quickly.

Great Stay

This was an amazing place to stay. It was just what we needed for just 2 people. It was in a very accessible location and it was very close to the parking that was offered. The place was clean and had very easy instructions to follow for check in. I would definitely recommend staying in this location.

Absolutely perfect!

It was the perfect place to stay for the week, very comfortable. I had a really really great stay, owner was super helpful and really easy to get in touch with. Hopefully will stay again in the future!

Fun Downtown location

Downtown Experience

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay at this unit for a North Carolina beach downtown getaway. Our host provided clear instructions about accessing the property. It was comfortable and pleasant upon arrival. The air conditioning units worked efficiently, and the addition of a dehumidifier made our stay more pleasant.

Perfect Wilmington location

Great stay with my dog. Building is very secure, which was nice as single woman traveling alone with a small dog. Perfect location near restaurants, sites, and the Cape Fear River. Condo was clean and adequately equipped. Everything worked. Bed is comfy. Definitely will stay again when we come back.

Really loved this stay. Can't beat the location! We loved walking out the door and into the thick of it all. Weren't sure about safety at night, since there were so many people around for bars and clubs and such, but it turned out to be fine. Also, if you stay on a weekend, understand that there are bars with loud or live music and people just a floor below in the street and alley. We definitely heard it on Saturday until the am hours. but the host does let you know about that and provides a sound machine to help. We didn't need it, but it was not too bad. We were so tires from all the walking we did during the day, and the few drinks at night, that we were sleeping pretty quickly. Overall great stay. Host was very helpful, and all instructions for check-in and check-out were very detailed and easy to follow. Would definitely stay again.

Good Weekend Getaway

It was good place for a last-minute weekend getaway. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was clean. The check-in directions were a bit confusing -- the code provided specifically to you is the code for everything. Don't follow the code in the instructions. The amenities met the minimum requirements, but that is something easily remedied if you plan ahead. (We didn't. See "last-minute" trip above.) That is on us, not necessarily a reflection on the apartment. Just something for other guests to know and think about. Overall it was a good stay, and Andrew was great at communicating with us via text as needed.

Disappointing

Not a great experience. Very good location in heart of downtown. The advertised all-in price was not inclusive of the required damage insurance premium (unless you want to make a substantial deposit). Based on description and other reviews I proceeded. Check-in was problematic. Electronic lock did not work and never did. Fortunately owner had hid a key. Furnishings are very basic. Cleanliness is an issue - mold in shower, stains on towels. Communication with owner was tedious - much too long to get a response and he chose to communicate off the platform via an attempted call to me from a number I did not recognize and he did not leave a VM.

Location, Location, location! It is in a busy downtown area but very convenient for walking or catching a ride share to other destinations. Its about a 20 minute drive to the the beaches.
