Wonderful and chic 1 bedroom apartment 3 blocks from the Riverwalk. Best location in Wilmington, near everything. there are 2 total beds (1 queen in bedroom and pullout in living room) Freshly painted and thoughtful amenities to make you feel right at home. Keurig machine fully stocked to help you start your day. 50 inch smart TVs. Bedroom has built in USB ports in the lamps. Living room built in USB and outlets in the end tables. Nice outside patio as well to relax and chill. Free on site parking as well. This is the place to stay!
Other things to note
This unit is part of a gorgeous , historic triplex in the heart of downtown Wilmington. There is another 1 bedroom apartment in addition to this unit upstairs, as well as a terrific downstairs 2 bedroom apartment.

Great stay! The apartment was clean, AC was great, and the place is even bigger than the photos show! The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe at night. They have everything you need including many towels, pots/pans/etc, and even a blow drier and straightener. 10/10 would stay again!

A fantastic experience, such a whimsical and beautifully decorated space, and in walking distance to everything! Being able to walk right out to door to Bespoke (an amazing coffee shop) and then along the boardwalk with our coffees in the early morning was such a highlight of our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, the check-in and check-out process was straightforward, and the space was perfect for our family of three. We comfortably fit a queen-sized mattress on the floor in front of the bed for our child with plenty of room to spare. The dedicated parking space was a great convenience, and the AC worked perfectly during the July heat. The kitchen was stocked with plates and cups. The bathroom was a little small but it worked for our family.The location was excellent for exploring downtown; we walked to Market Street in just seven minutes. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee and souvenir shops in walking distance. While the railroad museum was a bit further (23 min walk), I would definitely recommend driving instead since they have onsite parking. The Battleship was also a quick 5-10 minute drive away.As a minor note for future guests, the stairs might be a challenge for seniors or those traveling alone with heavy luggage, though it wasn't an issue for us. The host was very nice and quick to respond to my questions.We would definitely stay here again!

Great Property and Location

That seems a little harsh. All because the dishwasher broke while you were there? The counter tops are gorgeous and brand new.As is the paint and ninety percent of the furniture Sorry you had to wash your dishes by hand lol
