With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and 1 full bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. private yard, 1.5 miles to green hill beach with gated private parking included. 3.0 miles to Charlestown town beach, 3.8 miles to Charlestown breachway,.
Minutes to all southern RI beautiful beaches, 20 min from point Judith ferry, 20 minutes to Narragansett, This amazing property comes equipped with all the essentials like WiFi, AC, heating, a washer dryer , dishwasher. Open floor plan, kyaks, paddle boards. Minutes from greenhill pond and ninigret pond.
Make your vacation one for the books with a stay at our place.

Our home is geared more towards multi generational family's with kids for summer vactions. There's only 1 bed in each room, with the exception of 1 room having a full over twin bunk bed. 5 beds total in the house, the 6th bed is a pull out couch in the family room. We have strict house rules against CELEBRATION style rentals, absolutely NO birthdays/ bachelor's/Bachelorette .

This is a beautiful,comfortable,private home in a quiet neighborhood.Easily accessible to our favorite restaurants and beaches. The pool and hot tub were an added plus. I can think of no negatives about this rental!

Great family place. House is bigger than pictures show. Great backyard. Pool was a definite plus. Overall, outdoor space was great with a big yard, pool, hot tub, fire pit and several seating areas. House is convenient to beach and to access route 1. Only point to make was it appeared the fourth bedroom would support a second twin bed and that was not in the case. Fortunately, we were one less person than we thought and it wasn't needed. I may have interpreted the picture the wrong way. Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. This was before we began our stay. We had no reason to communicate during our stay. Another benefit was the house was in a cul-de-sac so there was no traffic. We only used the hot tub once so not much to say about it. Definitely would recommend for a family stay.

Great stay in South Kingstown

We had a great vacation here. There were 8 adults and the house was comfortable. The mattress I slept on was comfortable. The parking passes to the nearby beach was a nice addition and close option. Although we really didn’t use the pool since we were at the beach the majority of the time, the pool and deck are nice. There are a few things the kitchen could use to be fully stocked but overall the house has everything we needed. The refrigerator in the garage provided space for beverages during the week. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely home for extended family with young children. Pool was clean and appreciated especially by the seven year old. Tennis court is private and lovely space, a beautiful walk through the woods on a wide path connecting to other trails.Playground a walk or bike ride away. The owner very nice and helpful. We visited friends at the Charlestown beach so we didn’t use our pass to go to Greenhill Beach except for an occasional walk, which was lovely. Overall… A wonderful week!
