Fully stocked, freshly decorated cottage. It was nice that there was a cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach towels available for use. There is also parking.

Very clean, well stocked with amenities. The view was awesome. Great location. Driveway was a little steep but the whole island is that way. Would highly recommend. Host was great.

Very clean and a central location. Air conditioning also worked well. Appreciated available chairs and towels. Unfortunately, the refrigerator did not work. Host contacted repairman however they did not come during our stay. Location is noisy due to the busy street and neighbors rooster, of which is not within the hosts' control. Overall we enjoyed our stay in St. John.

This place is super cute, updated, great view, and walkable to everything we needed, including the taxis. It was stocked well too, with all the necessary beach gear and more, and the host was very responsive to questions. It IS up a pretty steep hill with no sidewalks, which got a little terrifying when we tried to walk down with our luggage, but it’s doable. I wouldn’t try staying without a car or driver if you’re not in decent physical shape. We would 100% stay here again and had the best time! Thank you, Julice!

Check in was easy and the host was very nice and communicative. Always enough hot water for showers. Walking distance to town, but it's on the side of the road with no sidewalks. Just be careful as not everyone scoots over for you. You just feel the breeze through your hair! :) Would stay again!

We had a lovely stay in St. John; we have been coming to the island for 20 years. The cottage was clean. I would say it was hard to find, and we drove around a bit, unable to reach the host for more accurate directions, which was stressful. There needs to be better signage at the entrance.All was well once we got there; the air conditioning was cool, the kitchen could use some new cutlery, there were only 2 teaspoons, and no dinner spoons. We did wake up the last morning with no water, which we took in stride, other than having to leave a few dishes in the sink and leaving the toilet unflushed, which was a bit upsetting. I updated the host on the situation that day.Honestly, once you get in the groove, it is a nice little apartment. Just ask the host for good directions, including where to turn in, and you will be set.I would stay here again.

Our host, Julice, was very responsive during our entire stay. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in the front door. The cottage was bright, clean, and very nicely appointed. Very comfortable beds! The keurig machine came in handy. We also loved sitting out on the deck to watch the sunset.

Host was great and very accommodating. Place was very clean. The house was centrally located. We did not rent a car, and got around quite easily. Be careful on the hill. There are no sidewalks.

Cute and clean!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. We liked that we could walk to town for dinner. Very easy check in and out.

Great spot!

We stayed here for our recent vacation to Saint John. The location is perfect and the cottage was clean and just what we needed! We rented a car and had ample parking for our vehicle. It’s a short walk into town.i was very pleased with everything!

Samual Cottages

Clean, great location, and lots of wildlife- hummingbirds, iguanas, cats, deer, and lemurs. Great view of harbor and close to town. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely cottage!

This was the most adorable cottage!Appliances were very modern and clean, and really appreciated that there were additional things we could use included in the rental (cooler, beach chairs, cooking supplies, etc.). Also, the location was great! We rented a Jeep in order to go to more remote beaches, but were in walking distance from the shops and ferry.Would love to stay here again!

Love it!!

We were so pleased with the cottage. It was so clean, nicely decorated and a great view. Even though we rented a car we walked into town, it was such a short walk. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great St John Getaway

Loved this beautiful cottage. Very modern and clean. Also has partial ocean view. Will definitely recommend this place to all I speak to and would love to go back. Julice helped us a lot!

Nice Cottage in Cruz Bay

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage in St. John. It is very clean, walkable distance to the restaurants and supermarket, with great amenities. We absolutely recommend staying here. And big shout out to the host Julice. She is very responsive, nice, and friendly!

Couldn't have been any better

The location was perfect - within walking distance of everything. The place was clean and modern and provided all the items we'd need for our stay. One thing the posting did not mention was the view! Our cottage had a stellar view from the balcony overlooking the town and a little bit of the bay. 10/10 would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

St. John Wedding

This place was so wonderful for myself, my fiancé and another couple to stay for our close friends wedding! It is extremely close to everything and walkable from the downtown (if you can handle hills). The balcony has a beautiful view of the water and it was the perfect amount of space inside for us all to have room but still be together! Loved it!

Cruz Bay stay

The property was hard to find but the property manager was quick to send us a video that helped us locate the home. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. It was a very basic home nothing fancy but we loved that it was so close to town to walk (beware half of the walk to town has no sidewalk). We felt safe and the property was very clean. We loved that it had beach chairs and a cooler for the beach. It was nice to sit on the porch every morning drinking coffee with ocean views
