We loved our stay at this property. We were comfortable, it had multiple places for all of us to relax, and the bedding was fantastic. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and there are beautiful flowers on the property. The view was dreamy! I would not hesitate to book again.

View was spectacular, location excellent 10 minutes from town, spacious. Suggest bringing a water filter (Sawyer) for your drinking water. Host was friendly and accommodating. Definitely need a rental car.

Another wonderful week at this beautiful villa. The large porch steels the show with its views! Comfortable furniture, nice kitchen, clean spacious layout, close ride to Cruz Bay and beaches.

John was the best host by far!! Timely communication, picked up at ferry and took us to pick up supplies. Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Great stay. Check in was super easy. Host has someone meet us at the Ferry and escort us to the Villa. Great amenities and anything we could have needed in the kitchen to make meals at the Villa for a night in. Would definitely stay again

James met us as soon as we left the ferry to show us how to get to the property and gave us a tour. He was quick to respond to any needs & communication. Great central location.

This is a wonderful comfortable property, gorgeous views, and James was an incredible host. We would definitely return and stay longer!

Sorry we didn’t impress. A/C has scheduled professional cleaning twice a year. Loads of extra new linens and towels on site. I’ll have a word with cleaning crew on replacements. Thank you for the feedback it helps us get better

Perfect Getaway spot!

We loved this place! Exactly as depicted and described, we had plenty of space, amazing sunsets and the pool for cooling off. The host made check in easy and answered many questions for us. We loved it!

Excellent location with an amazing view

This property was just perfect! Location was so convenient to Cruz Bay, but also so easy to get to Coral Bay. View from the pool and the balcony were priceless. House was well stocked, clean, and exactly as advertised! Our family had the BEST time and hopes to return to St. John and this property again soon!

Beginning of 10 trip relax mode

We loved our stay. Three nights to start our 10 days of vacation. Wonderful view from deck and pool. Great amenities, beach chairs, umbrella, towels. Great location to Cruz Bay. Will definitely stay again. Thanks James for your hospitality.

We had a great stay at this villa. We had fun with the new friends and neighbors at the pool. Property Manager was very communicative and brought us a new propane tank when we needed to grill quickly!

Amazing place with excellent location

The stay was amazing! James was great and responsive and do what expected and beyond. He even facilitate us with a pressure washing machine to clean the mud in our Jeeps! Great view and everything you need to take your dream vacation! Highly recommended!
