Located in St. John, this gated apartment is a fantastic retreat for travelers seeking comfort and island charm. It features two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed for additional guests. Enjoy the cool breeze from Bordeaux Mountain in the living room. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower and hair dryer for convenience, and each bedroom offers air conditioning for restful nights.
Stay connected with Starlink internet, unwind in the hot tub, or fire up the flat-top grill while taking in the beautiful view of Bordeaux Mountain. Guests will also enjoy access to beach chairs and a washer/dryer combo for added ease during longer stays.
The location is ideal for exploring St. John’s breathtaking beaches and outdoor adventures—just 15 minutes to Maho Beach, 20 minutes to Cinnamon Beach, 15 minutes to Salt Pond Beach, 25 minutes to Cruz Bay, and 25 minutes to the world-famous Trunk Bay. Our stay at the Breezy Bottom was absolutely perfect. The house’s location is quiet but convenient. We were happy to be elevated on the mountain a bit for the view and avoiding the small of sargassum at the bottom of the hill in Coral bay. This location is very close to the Lime Out taco bar (recommend!!) and the Dazey’s boathouse (MUST for brunch if you are going when they are in season!) The house was spacious and very clean, and Christina has thought of absolutely everything one would need for the perfect vacation in St. John, down to handheld vacuum to get the sand out of your rental before turning it in! The bedrooms are air conditioned (luxury on St. John) and so very comfortable. We enjoyed mornings playing games in the evenings on the expansive porch. Everything about it was 5/5. Thanks for welcoming us to your home and treating us so well!

Coral Bay is the best area to stay on this island. Close to all of the popular beaches, and also secluded ones that are very beautiful. Recent updates throughout the unit, and very clean. Cold air-conditioning, which comes in handy after a long day at the beach. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and is well organized. There is also a newer washer/dryer, so you do not have to go to a laundromat. Large balcony with a couch so you can enjoy the quiet mornings and watch the hummingbirds. Generator works well and is a must since power outages are common on this island. We stayed for seven days, and power went out three or four times. I would NOT recommend staying at a vacation rental on this island that does not have a backup generator. Not if, but when you lose power, without a generator, you do not have access to air-conditioning, fans, or even water. Since water is delivered by an electric pump. Host is very attentive! No need to look any further, this is the place. You will be very happy with it. Book today!!

Breezy Bottom was a beautiful accommodation in the Coral Bay Area. Worked out great for us to snorkel all of the bays and beaches on that quieter beautiful side of St John. The place itself is equipped with EVERYTHING that we needed. Even an air fryer! Very clean, comfortable beds, air in the bedrooms, Fans if needed. Plenty of towels. Beach chairs etc. Beautiful mountain views. Once Christina texted me the dropped pin it was easy to locate. I felt safe there because it had a driveway gate and out of the way. However if you need to be completely locked up we couldn't do that because there was no way of locking the deck screen doors. It didn't bother us. 4 minute drive to Skinner Legs and other restaurants. I would recommend this rental to anyone unless you have an issue with balance or are older a walk with a cane.... The driveway is a bit steep (most are here). Overall a very sweet place with a lot of room to relax after a fun day at the beach.

We loved this house! It was a great location. We enjoyed exploring the quieter side of the island. The host Christina was really welcoming and gave us some good suggestions on where to eat and what to do. The house came with everything you need for a perfect beach day -- towels, chairs, a cooler, and even snorkeling gear. I loved sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning or having a glass of wine in the evenings while enjoying the view. Would definitely rent again.
