This property, which is managed by RealJoy Vacations, was an amazing place in Destin. They communicated before we arrived with everything we would need, and on the day of when I arrived and was a little lost on the property, I called, and someone helped me very quickly- no waiting on hold at all. My family had a wonderful time; the condo was extremely nice, and we took advantage of the pool and grill on site. The ocean was a short walk through the Chateau, with a beautiful and clean section of the beach right there. Also plenty of walkable restaurants in the area when we didn't feel like cooking. We are already planning our next trip out here!

Awesome stay

This was in a great location right across the street from the beach. Our family really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend this to anyone going to destin

Good value. Convenient location. Good homey feeling with vaulted ceilings. Cold air was nice. Easy in and out.

Great stay

The condo was wonderful. It was comfortable, clean and has a great kitchen…we cooked breakfast every morning. All 3 of the beds were good, as we all slept very well. The area is quiet and a bit of a walk to the beach access but the weather was so beautiful, we enjoyed the trek. The host was fantastic and texted at least once a day to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Unit 904 Chateau Lamer 2Front door lock malfunctions. Took quite a bit to open door and initially get in. Door won't lock while going out. Very sluggish response from Real Joy in solving problem. This type of problems should be fixed instantly and not via email communications. Owner needs to replace door lock immediately for future customers. Rest of the unit was fine. It's not as close to beach as advertised though a walkable distance. Area is good and this property is like in heart of Destin.

Our Chateau La Mer condo was very clean, nice, and comfortable. Everything in the condo was working perfectly. The pool was also very clean, and the fact that it was heated was great because we had some rainy days during our stay. We had an amazing time staying in Destin!
