Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a large kitchen and front porch seating surrounded by tropical foliage! Sleeps 6-has 2 sofa beds! The location of this property is incredible! Close to the Bucs stadium, close to 275, which goes to all the beaches, close to downtown and the waterfront, as well as amateur works and Hyde Park. This central location makes it easy to go to Busch Gardens, the beaches and the aquarium!
Please note that there is no backyard. There.are other short-term rentals in the backyard behind the fence.

The space
The master Boho style bedroom boasts of glamour with a chandelier hanging over a king sized comfy bed!
The other bedroom is reminiscent of old Florida, with a gold and black chandelier
hanging over a queen pillow-top bed!
Each bedroom has a smart TV, ready to stream your favorite shows, as
well as the big screen 50" in the great room. With the two futon sofas in the great room, there is room for 6 people to comfortably sleep.

Two off street parking spots are provided in the driveway. (See listing photo for details). Pets are welcome for an additional charge.
Other things to note
There is a pet fee for 75$ per trip. The limit of pets allowed in the property is up to two.
