While we're glad you enjoyed the beach access and parking, we regret that the condition of the unit and communication around early check in fell short. While early access is never guaranteed, we always try to accommodate requests when possible and apologize for not following up sooner in your case. Regarding the maintenance concerns, we appreciate you sharing the photos during your stay. We regret that the response you received did not reflect the level of care we strive to provide. All issues were addressed by our property manager. We have also passed the feedback on the unit condition to the owners for consideration. We appreciate that you are now taking the time to make us aware and hope you provide us with the opportunity to regain your patronage in the future.
