This one bedroom, one bath condo has been completely renovated. It offers a full kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and very comfortable breakfast bar seating. You will love the open floor plan that maximizes the space and the natural light.

Gather around the gas fireplace and large Smart TV in the living to catch your favorite shows. If you have some work to get done, a separate desk and chair are available and includes a monitor just in case you need a second screen! Done with work? Although the towns of Winter Park and Fraser remain open, the Winter Park Resort is closed approximately between:

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Getting Around:
The property is located at Winter Park Resort in the Zephyr Mountain Lodge Riverside Building. We are located right across from the free community bus, "The Lift". Download The Lift Rider App to see departure and arrival times of the bus and destinations. Local Amtrak service is available at different times of the year in Winter Park and Fraser.

Traveling to Winter Park Resort:
• Denver International Airport (90-miles by vehicle)

During winter months, Colorado has a statewide traction law which requires a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle to drive on Colorado roads. We are located in a high altitude mountain climate. Snow can occur at any time during winter months. Failure to have a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle will likely result in being unable to reach your vacation rental. No refunds will be given due to poor weather conditions. We encourage all guests to consider 3rd party travel insurance if they have travel concerns.

Interaction with Guests:
Our goal is that your vacation exceed your expectations. Elevation Destinations by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.
