Stay at seascape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My mom, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfy, more than enough room, the balcony was amazing with the best views. We seen Dolphins every morning and a beautiful sunset every night. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The pool was wonderful and my daughter loved swimming inside to outside. The only thing we didn’t like was the air conditioning, we couldn’t turn it below 72 which made it very warm at night.

Spectacular View from Balcony

The property was excellent and very well maintained. Very clean and everything in it's proper place. My whole purpose was to experience the beach from a distance and it provided everything I expected. Did not go for a tan but received one from just sitting on the balcony anyway. It was relaxing and overall just excellent. 5:30 every morning I was sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and the sounds of the waves. It was perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is excellent and convenient! The price is deceiving. I clicked on the unit because it stated $900 but after all of the fees it was almost $1,500. The floor was EXTREMELY dirty - turned our feet black walking around on the tile. The dryer has aged but worked fine. Everything else was great! It was nice to see the staff maintain the facilities well!

Great condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious condo! New washing machine! Does need a new dryer! Takes 3 times as long to get clothes dry! Other than that the place was very clean and very enjoyable! Does need some updating in kitchen and master bath, but we would definitely book this one again!

Highly Disappointed

The shower curtain had a sour order and it was not what my family expected for our vacation!

Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience, was not as clean as would have liked but washing machine was garbage and ruined white clothes. Machine left rust lines on white clothes and we’re not able to get out.

Great location, Updates needed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fantastic! Beautiful views! The size of the condo was adequate for our group of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers). Unfortunately, the kitchen needs immediate updates. The dishwasher was not attached to the cabinet/counter and fell out of the opening when the shelves were pulled out. Safety issue. It smelled horrible, did not clean dishes, detergent did not dissolve. The display on the stove did not work so unable to determine temp of oven, the burner temperature on the stove top did not work correctly - food burned on LOW setting. Another safety issue. Advertise that it sleeps 8 but only had place setting for 6, at most. Cabinet handles in King bedroom were broken off (found in drawer), unable to open cabinet doors. Cabinet not large enough to store clothing anyway. Nice large walk-in closet in King bedroom so lots of room to hang clothes. Ceiling fans dirty and noisy. Tubs slow to drain, bathroom vents with mildew/mold. Washer or dryer left "rust" marks on several pieces of clothing. No blankets on beds when first arrived. Reached out and initially told they weren't dry/available and should have them next morning. Fortunately, they were brought later that first evening. Not having blankets would not have been acceptable. Living room furniture was comfortable but fabric dirty/starting to show wear. Overall enjoyed our visit but could have been better with maintenance and updates.
