The property was great and very convenient to Little River Canyon. The drive to downtown Fort Payne was less than 20 minutes and there was a general store that served breakfast and lunch less than 2 miles.The cabin was very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay there again.

This was our second time staying at this cabin. It is probably our all time favorite place to stay. The location is perfect! Secluded but not too far from things. Don’t worry if you forget something because it will most likely be in the cabin or the gift basket waiting for you!! This will always be our go to place when visiting Fort Payne.It just feels like home when you are there. Five stars isn’t enough!!

This cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very private location, check in was so simple and the owner was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Remote feeling, yet three minutes from a good Mountain-esque, general store/gas station ;) with home cooking. The cozy cabin is surrounded by tall pines, giving it a treehouse feel, with a windy drive taking you through the eclectic property that has a Mail a silo and a pond— so cool. The cabinet itself is charming, clean, with a cozy downstairs, that feels like a tiny home, but opens up to a spacious upstairs master, second bedroom and shared bathroom. Every detail is taken care of, showing the thought, consideration, and artistry of the hosts… during a time where I feel too many people take for granted where we spend our hard earned money, it was nice to see this attention to detail… great towels, nice shower, welcome basket, full of goodies, glass, not plastic, ;) all the starter essentials in case you forgot something, including coffee :). And finally, the wraparound porch was my favorite with the great views, solitude, hot tub for sore muscles after a day of numerous outdoor hikes and activities in the surrounding area (5 minute a from Little River Canyon), and… the outdoor bathroom. Admittedly my other guest thought it was a little creepy at night., but I loved it! It’s a great bathroom with all the luxurious touches (air conditioning as well) but just the fun campy nature of it makes you feel extra remote.A great little gem surrounded by beautiful nature!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was in a beautiful location, and was extremely clean. The hosts are very thoughtful, providing all the essentials, and even a welcome basket.

This is a wonderful property. We are a family of 4 and enjoyed the property's fishing hole and campfire area, and there were many wonderful birds in the area as well. It's off the beaten path, so you feel you have your own space, but it's really not far from groceries. Wifi works, TVs have Netflix as well. We had 1 minor issue while there and the property manager attended to it quickly, and that is EXACTLY what you want when staying someplace: someone who can offer a solution promptly. We were so close to many great adventures: DeSoto State Park, Ruby Falls was only an hour away, and Cloudland State Park was about 45 minutes away as well. We definitely would stay here again.

Great stay

Beautiful cabin! Loved the hot tub and the fire pit. So peaceful. I loved sitting in the swing on the porch and watching the deer!

Great cozy cabin

Great cabin for a Berry grad weekend and Mother’s Day hike. Owners very responsive and provide everything you need and more. House is perfect for 4 and close to Little River Canyon Falls. Hope to be back soon.

Fantastic place and accommodations. Everything was perfect. Will stay there again this winter. Recommend this property if you want nice quiet weekend. Love the bathhouse on patio

We didn't use the hot tub. Bed rooms were good size and nice. Beautiful area sitting on the deck looking out. 10 deer in yard on one morning.
