The first floor features an open layout with a spacious living room, dining area, gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, and a king primary suite with a spa-like en suite bath. On the second floor, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, two full baths, a laundry room, and a large balcony—ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The third floor includes a private suite with twin beds, its own bathroom, and a private balcony for relaxing after a day on 30A.

It was a very nice home. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The steam dryer actually came in very useful. For our dress clothing before the wedding.

Really great laid out house - each floor has its own porch facing the Gulf. All fixtures and finishes are nicely updated. Property manager was very helpful & accommodating for our large group with lots of different travel plans, bike rentals, airport transportation etc…. All eight of us loved the house.

This house was fabulous for my family of 4 adult children and spouses. I loved that all of the rooms had queen or king size bed!! Jeff had beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, umbrellas, a soft cooler, floats and games, and a wagon to carry everything to the beach which was a super short walk away. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Had both a keurig and a coffee pot!! Plenty of seating for all of us. If you want shop or restaurants, Rosemary beach is only 1 mile away. We walked/biked. If you want peace, the neighborhood and beach were perfect. Jeff responded super quickly to any questions. I highly recommend this house!! We would definitely stay again!!

We try to make beach trips as easy as possible by providing all the extras, so I’m glad the chairs, wagon, cooler, floats, and beach gear came in handy. Sounds like y’all made the most of the location too with trips over to Rosemary Beach while still enjoying the quieter side of 30A.
