This 3 bedroom condo is fully furnished with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bunk bed, a sleeper sofa, and will comfortable accommodate up to 8 guests! This ocean view condo offers a spacious living space with a large couch that converts to a sleeper sofa, accent chair, wall mounted TV with cable, and access to the private balcony with stunning views of the Atlantic!

Upon entering, guests will walk into a foyer. To the right of the foyer as you walk into the condo guests will find the laundry room. Guests will love the convenience of the in unit washer and dryer! To the left guests will find one of the 3 bedrooms.

The bedroom layout is as follows

Bedroom 1: This bedroom is to the left as you first enter through the foyer, and features a queen size bed, wall mounted TV, nightstands on either side of the bed, a small desk, and window for natural light. Just outside this bedroom guests will find one of the 2 bathrooms. This bathroom features a standing shower, vanity, and sink.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located just across from the kitchen, and features a full size bunk bed, small desk, dresser for storage, closet, and a window for natural light.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located across from the living room. This room is considered the master and features a king size bed, nightstands on either side of the bed, dresser for storage, wall mounted TV, multiple windows for natural light, and access to the private ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a walk in shower vanity, and sink.

Making our way through the apartment, guests will find the fully-stocked kitchen centrally located in the apartment. The kitchen features plentiful counter space and cabinetry, sink, full size stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, coffee maker, cookware, cooking utensils, and much more! Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Palace Resort. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Entering into the living area and dining room area, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! This floor plan is open and spacious, and features views of the Atlantic ocean. The 6th floor offers such great views; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, large wall mounted TV, accent chairs, table and chairs, beachy decor, and access private ocean view balcony.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

Holiday Towers Resort offers a private pool and tennis court for guests to enjoy! Centrally located, just a short walk to the beach, and easy access to all the shopping, dining, and entertainment the Grand Strand has to offer!

Please note the minimum age to book this unit is 25 years of age or older, and the maximum amount of guests allowed in the unit is 8!!!! Any guest who books under the minimum age and any guests exceeding the maximum amount of guests will be fined and or evicted from the property!**
